Los Angeles Galaxy MLS Betting
Frustration is mounting with the Los Angeles Galaxy. Although this team continues to bring in high-priced talent, they have repeatedly underachieved on the field. The Galaxy have missed the playoffs in four of the last five seasons, as their back line continues to be one of the most porous in the league. Jonathan dos Santos and Sebastian Lletget both left in the offseason, but they were replaced by two other talented players. However, they didn’t do much to improve their defense, and that’s the question that continues to hang ominously over this club’s fortunes.

Los Angeles Galaxy 2022 Preview
It’s the same old story for the Los Angeles Galaxy. This club has loads of firepower up front, but it continues to underperform. For a while, it seemed like the Galaxy had fixed their problems on defense, yet they have really struggled in recent weeks and now have a negative goal differential.
Douglas Costa only has two goals after joining the team this offseason, and Chicharito is in the middle of a long goal-scoring drought in league play. He scored five goals in the first six matches, but he has not bagged a goal in seven straight MLS games as of late May. This club needs to get more chances as the defense does not seem to have been fixed.

The Los Angeles Galaxy are the most successful team in MLS history. The Galaxy have been able to claim five league championships (more than any other team), four Supporters’ Shields, and two U.S. Open Cups over their history.
Whenever you talk about the Los Angeles Galaxy, you also have to bring up the club’s ability to pull in talent from around the world. Many of the world’s best have played here in the twilight of their careers, raising the profile of both the team and the league.
David Beckham is the most obvious example of this, but the Galaxy have also brought Landon Donovan, Jorge Campos, Steven Gerrard, Robbie Keane, Giovani dos Santos, Jonathan dos Santos, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic into the fold. The Galaxy lived up to that standard again in 2020 with the acquisition of Chicharito, but the club has yet to make the playoffs with him up top.
