The DC Defenders managed to secure a close 29-28 victory over the Arlington Renegades in an exciting UFL game that came down to a last-second field goal. The Defenders were trailing by 10 with 2:00 minutes remaining in the game. The Defenders improved their record to 2-1, while the Renegades fell to 0-3. Kicker Matt McCrane was clutch for the Defenders, making field goals from 40-49 yards (1/1) and 50+ yards (2/2), including the game-winner as time expired.

The Stallions dominated the Showboats in a 33-14 victory, improving their record to 3-0 in the UFL standings. The Showboats struggled all game to find their footing, falling to 1-2 on the season.

Stallions Offense Shines The Stallions’ offense, led by quarterback Adrian Martinez, put on an impressive display. Martinez completed 18 of 28 passes for 334 yards and two touchdowns. The running game also contributed, with Martinez himself rushing for 44 yards and a touchdown on five attempts.

Showboats Struggle to Find Rhythm The Showboats’ offense failed to find consistency throughout the game. Quarterbacks Case Cookus and Troy Williams combined for 239 passing yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The running game was largely ineffective, with the team totaling just 15 yards on the ground.

The Stallions’ defense played a crucial role in limiting the Showboats’ offensive production, consistently pressuring the quarterbacks and stifling the running game.

With this victory, the Stallions solidified their position atop the UFL scores and standings as the best team in the UFL.

The Panthers hosted the Roughnecks in a UFL game that saw the home team emerge victorious with a 34-20 win. The Panthers’ offense, led by quarterback E.J. Perry, proved to be too much for the Roughnecks’ defense to handle. With this result, the Panthers improve their record to 2-1, while the Roughnecks remain winless at 0-3 in the UFL standings.

The Panthers started the season with three straight home games and now won't return home till May 5th against the Arlington Renegades. The Roughnecks are home against those Arlington Renegades next week.

The Panthers’ offense was firing on all cylinders, with E.J. Perry leading the charge. Perry completed 16 of 19 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries. The Panthers’ running game was also effective, with Matthew Colburn II scoring a touchdown and gaining 28 yards on nine attempts.

The Roughnecks’ offense showed some promise but ultimately fell short. Quarterback Reid Sinnett completed 19 of 28 passes for 197 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also added 19 rushing yards and a touchdown on five carries.

The UFL scores from this game showcase the Panthers’ dominance and the Roughnecks’ ongoing struggles to find their first win of the season.

The St. Louis Battlehawks secured a hard-fought 31-24 victory over the San Antonio Brahmas in the final UFL game of the weekend. The Battlehawks took an early lead and managed to hold off a late surge from the Brahmas to improve their record to 2-1 in the UFL standings.

While the Brahmas fought hard, they couldn’t quite overcome the Battlehawks’ early lead. The loss drops the Brahmas to 2-1 in the UFL scores and standings. Still, San Antonio is seen as a playoff contender in the UFL.
