Warrington stands at five feet, seven inches tall and fights from an orthodox stance. He is a native of Leeds, Yorkshire, United Kingdom where he still resides. Warrington previously held the World Boxing Council International, European, Commonwealth, British, and English featherweight titles. Warrington is 28 years old.

In his last bout on May 19, 2018 Warrington faced Lee Selby for the International Boxing Federation world featherweight title. The bout took place in Warrington’s backyard of Elland Road Football Grounds in Leeds. Warrington scored a split decision win in the 12-round bout.

Prior to that on October 21, 2017 Warrington defeated Dennis Ceylan in a technical knockout. The bout took place at the First Direct Arena in Leeds and ended in the tenth round. The bout was scheduled for 12 rounds.

Carl Frampton is currently ranked second in the world. “The Jackal” stands at five feet, five inches tall and fights from an orthodox stance. Frampton is a native of Belfast, Northern Ireland where he still resides. The 31-year-old Frampton has held the World Boxing Organization interim featherweight title since April of this year and previously held the World Boxing Association and International Boxing Federation World super bantamweight titles. Frampton is the first boxer ever from Ireland to hold world title belts from two different weight classes.

Frampton last stepped into the ring on August 18, 2018 against Luke Jackson. The bout took place at Windsor Park in Belfast. Frampton won a technical knockout for the interim World Boxing Organization world featherweight title. The TKO took place in the ninth round of a scheduled 12 round bout.

Prior to that on April 21, 2018 Frampton faced the famed Nonito Donaire for the interim World Boxing Organization world featherweight title. The bout took place at the SSE Arena in Belfast. Frampton scored a unanimous decision win over Donaire. The bout went the full 12 rounds.

Frampton could well be best known for the only fight he ever lost. On January 28, 2017 Frampton faced Leo Santa Cruz for the World Boxing Association super world featherweight title. Cruz won a 12 round majority decision win in the 12-round bout.
