LIV Golf returns for their second season with a bigger schedule and a new television contract. The 2023 LIV schedule will have 14 events to be played in seven countries. The number of events has doubled from last year when the LIV Tour had just seven events. The season starts with the event in Mexico from February 24-26 and concludes with the team championship event in early November in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Other events in the 2023 LIV schedule will take place in the United States, Australia, Singapore, Spain and the United Kingdom. Big name players including Cameron Smith, Dustin Johnson, Phil Mickelson, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Sergio Garcia and Patrick Reed are part of LIV Golf. All 14 of the events on the 2023 LIV schedule can be seen on the CW Network.
The LIV in the name LIV Golf International refers to the Roman numeral 54. That will be the number of holes for each tournament. Each of the tournaments will be a three-round 54-hole event with 48 players and there will be no cut. There will also be a team event to go along with the individual stroke play event.

2023 LIV Golf Miami Team Championship Betting
The final LIV Golf event of the 2023 season is the LIV Golf Miami Team Championship. It takes place from Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22. A total of 12 teams of four players each, will compete for a massive $50 Million dollar prize purse. 4Aces GC is the defending champion and they are the favorite in LIV golf odds. The action will take place at Trump National Doral Golf Club in Miami with play starting on Friday, October 20. Teams are seeded 1-12 with the top four teams getting a bye on Friday. Teams that are seeded five through 12 will compete in head-to-head match-play competitions on Friday. All 32 players on the eight teams will compete in shotgun starts. For each head-to-head matchup, three matches will take place: two singles matches and one alternate shot (foursomes) match. Each match winner receives one point. Teams that earn two points will advance to Saturday’s play. Saturday’s action will have teams seeded one through four joining the four winning teams from Friday for a day of head-to-head match play in the same format as Friday. The four teams earning two points will advance to Sunday’s final competition. Those four teams will compete in stroke play with all four scores counting toward the team’s score. LIV Format
Each of the tournaments will be a 54-hole event and will include 48 players with no cuts. All of the players will start at the same time, but they will start on a different hole. The event will also include a team format with the players divided into 12 groups of four players each. Each of those teams will have a captain who will draft his teammates. The team event is scored with the best two scores of the teams counting, while in the final round the best three scores of each team will count. The team with the lowest score after 54 holes will win.

There are quite a few big-name players on the LIV Golf Tour including Cameron Smith and Dustin Johnson. Big Money
The LIV Golf Tour is financed by Saudi investors and they are putting up huge money each week in terms of prize pools with a grand total of $405 million being awarded over the total of 14 events in addition to 11 International Series events. It is expected that each regular season event will have a prize purse of $25 million dollars with 4 million going to the first-place finisher. The last place finisher in the event will still collect $120,000. There is $5 million going to the top three teams with first place paying $3 million, second place 1.5 million and a half million for third place. The season champion will take home $18 million dollars. Second place pays $8 million, while third place pays $4 million. There will be a season-ending Team Championship event that will have a total prize pool of $50 million dollars where all 12 teams get a cut of the prize pool.
