Paul thinks Danis will use the excuse of the legal action taken by his fiancé Nina Agdal to get out of the fight. “This dude is whining on Twitter, talking about ‘they’re suing me, I’ve got lawsuits up the ass, I don’t know if I want to do this anymore,” said Paul to the media, “Shut up stupid! Trying to use a completely unrelated lawsuit, that a woman is trying to hold you accountable for committing a federal crime because you stalked her ass and cyber bullied her as an excuse to pull out of the fight.” Nina Agdal sued Danis last month, alleging that Danis had publicly released private content from a hacked Snapshat account. A New Jersey court granted Agdal’s request for a restraining order against Danis.
Danis and Paul will be drug-tested before the fight. The tests will be administered by the Professional Boxing Association. Danis said the testing is nonsense. "This is nonsense. Another scam by Logan Paul to pretend he's clean.” Danis said to the media, “Setting a specific day and time for a piss test is the easiest to beat in all of sports, especially for someone like him with experience. It's why the UFC switched to USADA."
