Both the Boston College Eagles and the Syracuse Orange are looking to end their regular seasons on the right foot after suffering disappointing losses last week. Week 12 saw the underdogs and visitors hold a slight edge on the board as undertakers once again finished in the black. What was written off by many fans as a potentially boring week with plenty of mismatches turned out to be highly entertaining and a reminder of what makes college football so great. The best game of the day was the Ohio State Buckeyes 52-51 overtime win at the Maryland Terrapins. It’s been a volatile time at the betting window in the early part of the college football betting week. We’ve seen the typical ½- to 1-pont moves on a number of games, but we’ve also witnessed several lines move as much as a field goal with two shifting as much as four points while another two jumped the fence. That’s it, I am done betting totals for UCF Knights games. For the third time this season, I was unable to hit the right side of the total in a UCF game and I am done backing them at this point. The Knights have seemingly flummoxed me at every turn, and it cost me what would have been an otherwise perfect week. I hit my other two plays relatively easily, nailing the over in the Texas Tech-Texas game and cashing in easily on the under in Michigan State-Ohio State. I am looking to go 3-0 this week... 

Once again, last week’s Fade the Public Plays did not turn out so hot. My two ACC plays were a disaster, with Louisville getting its doors blown off by Syracuse and Virginia Tech getting crushed by Pittsburgh. UCLA was my one winner, and the Bruins nearly picked up an outright win over Arizona State. This week, I’m looking to post my first winning week in a while, but I’m running out of time before the regular season comes to a close.... 

It is a matchup of Top 25 teams on Saturday night, as the Iowa State Cyclones visit the Texas Longhorns. You can make a case that this is the biggest game in the last 100 years for the Cyclones, as they are in contention to reach the Big 12 Championship game.
