UFC Fight Island Betting
UFC Fight Island is the creation of UFC President Dana White who came up with the idea due to multiple venues being closed due to the coronavirus. White wanted a location where international fighters could travel without restrictions and he found a site at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. Yas Island has hosted three UFC events in the past, including UFC 242. Fight Island will host four UFC events in the month of July 2020, headlined by UFC 251 on July 11 that will feature three title fights. UFC 251 will feature Kamaru Usman defending his welterweight title against Gilbert Burns, while the other two title bouts have featherweight champ Alexander Volkanovski taking on Max Holloway and Petr Yan going against Jose Aldo for the vacant bantamweight title.

Location: Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Times: (Eastern) Early Prelims – 6-8 p.m., Late Prelims – 8-10 p.m., Main Event – 10 p.m.
UFC 251 will take place on July 11, 2020, and be followed by UFC Fight Night cards on July 15, July 18, and July 25. UFC 251 will feature a main pay-per-view card that is stacked. Volkanovski is very excited for the event. "I've seen some photos and it looks pretty amazing, so it will be some pretty good sights over there," Volkanovski said to the media, "But again, it's just the timing of everything; it's going to be the first fight on Fight Island, three title fights on this card; this is going to be absolutely huge.
Yas Island is technically an island, but it is man-made and can be reached by car from the mainland. It is spread out across about 10 miles in Abu Dhabi. The island is known for recreation with a huge water park, golf courses, resorts, and of course, beaches.
It should be noted that Abu Dhabi is eight hours ahead of Eastern Time in the United States so that will put fighters in action at some weird local times. The prelims will start at 2 a.m. local time, while the main card will start at 6 a.m. local time.
Yas Island in Abu Dhabi has said that the arena, hotel, training facilities, and dining area will be open only to UFC staff, personnel, fighters, coaches, and Yas Island employees. All people entering the United Arab Emirates will be tested for the coronavirus but there will be no forced quarantine. All people will be told to self-quarantine until their test results are confirmed. Coronavirus tests will be administered throughout the week of each event.
