Ngannou is 16-3 in his career, including 5-0 in his last five fights. He is coming off a KO win against Stipe Miocic in March of last year. Ngannou won by KO against Jairzinho Rozenstruik in May of 2020, won by TKO against Junior dos Santos in June of 2019, won by KO against Cain Velasquez in February in 2019, and won by TKO against Curtis Blaydes in November of 2018. Ngannou’s last loss in his career was against Derrick Lewis by unanimous decision in July of 2018.
Ngannou is one of the top fighters in the UFC and he has not lost in more than three years. He is not getting a ton of respect, as the odds on this fight against Gane are virtually a pick.
Gane is 10-0 in his career, including 5-0 in his last five fights. He is coming off a TKO win against Derrick Lewis in August of last year. Gane won by unanimous decision against Alexander Volkov in June of last year, won by unanimous decision against Jairzinho Rozenstruik in February of last year, won by TKO against Junior dos Santos in December of 2020, and won by unanimous decision against Tanner Boser in December of 2019.
Gane is undefeated and he has been running his mouth about beating Ngannou, and oddsmakers give him a chance to win this fight, as Gane is actually listed as a slight favorite in UFC odds.
Another big fight has Brandon Moreno taking on Deiveson Figueiredo. Moreno is 19-5-2 in his career with three wins coming by TKO/KO and 13 by submission, while Figueiredo is 20-2-1 in his career with nine wins coming by TKO/KO and eight by submission.
Moreno and Figueiredo have similar records, but Moreno is listed as almost a 2-1 favorite in UFC betting odds in this fight.
Another key fight has Movsar Evloev facing Ilia Topuria. Evloev is 15-0 in his career with three wins coming by TKO/KO and four by submission, while Topuria is 11-0 in his career with three wins coming by TKO/KO and seven by submission.
