  • BookMaker.eu Winning the scudetto is almost Juventus’ birthright at this point. Juventus have won the last eight Serie A titles, and they are odds-on favorites to win the league title once more. However, they aren’t as big of favorites as they were last season per the Serie A betting odds, and some are saying this might be the year Napoli or Inter break through once more. That should make for an exciting season in Italy....

  • BookMaker.eu Atalanta continue to climb. The club won promotion back to the Serie A in 2011, and they were a middling club for their first five seasons in the top flight. The Goddess have looked a lot better over the last three seasons though. Atalanta finished fourth in Serie A in 2016-17, and they came in seventh place last season. This season, they are currently in the top four, and Atalanta are out to win their first trophy in nearly 50 years. They will face Lazio with the Coppa Italia on the line this W...

  • BookMaker.eu AS Roma desperately need a win over the team that has won eight straight Scudettos this Sunday. Roma are tied with AC Milan for fifth in the Serie A standings, and both clubs need to break into the top four to make the Champions League next season. They are three points behind fourth place Atalanta and four points behind Inter Milan with three games left in the campaign, so they can’t afford to drop points. Roma know that beating Juventus is a difficult ask, but fortunately the Italian ...

  • BookMaker.eu There isn’t much on the line for Juventus headed into what is typically an intense match against one of their biggest Italian rivals, Inter Milan. Juventus have already secured their eighth straight scudetto, but their Champions League dreams were dashed by Ajax, and they will end the season with just one trophy. That’s a disappointing finish considering how much money they spent in the offseason, and that could affect their performance over their last five games....

  • BookMaker.eu With just six games left in the Serie A season, AC Milan are desperately trying to hold on to a spot in the top four. They are currently in fourth place, but they are just one point ahead of Roma and only two points ahead of an Atalanta team that has been great over the second half of the season. AC Milan are one of the most storied teams in Serie A, yet they have fallen on hard times recently, and they have missed out on the Champions League for five straight seasons. They are determined not to...

  • BookMaker.eu On Friday, Juventus can officially secure their eighth straight Scudetto. The Old Lady are 20 points ahead of second-place Napoli, and a win in any of their last seven games (or a Napoli loss) will give them another Serie A title....

  • BookMaker.eu Juventus are just a few matches away from claiming their eighth straight Serie A title. The Old Lady are 18 points ahead of second-place Napoli with eight matches to play, and they have turned the domestic league into a laugher. Instead, the real battle is for the four Champions League spots. Napoli essentially have theirs in hand, but the other two are still up for grabs. Inter Milan are currently on 56 points, with city rivals AC Milan on 52 points, and Atalanta are just behind them with 51 po...

  • BookMaker.eu The race for the last two Champions League spots in Serie A has been thrown wide open. Both Milan clubs were blanked 1-0 this weekend, and that has opened the door for Lazio, Roma, and a resurgent Atalanta team to break through. They are all within four points of a spot in next year’s Champions League currently, and Lazio has a game in hand on everyone else. The trio of chasers are all favored to win in Matchday 30, and we could see a tight cluster heading into this weekend’s games....

  • BookMaker.eu The international break is over, so it’s time to turn our attention back to domestic leagues. While some leagues around the world are in the middle of incredible fights to see who will win the league (the Premier League and the Bundesliga for example), Serie A has been over for some time. Juventus have a 15-point lead on second-place Napoli with 10 matches left in the season, and only the most epic collapse would lead to Juventus missing out on their eighth straight Serie A title....

  • BookMaker.eu It’s looking more and more likely that Napoli are going to finish in second place in Serie A this year. They are well behind Juventus and have no real chance of making up that kind of ground, and they are six points ahead of AC Milan and seven points up on Internazionale. That’s why they play the games though. Napoli will look to hold strong in second place when they host 15th place Udinese this weekend....

  • BookMaker.eu If Inter Milan aren’t careful, they could end up falling out of the top four. Internazionale have dropped from third to fourth in the table, and they can’t afford to fall any further if they want to be in the Champions League next season. They are now just three points ahead of fifth place Roma in the table, and they will be looking to further their lead this weekend against lowly SPAL. Inter are heavy favorites entering this one....

  • BookMaker.eu Winning Serie A is out of the question for Inter Milan this season, but the club can finish as high as third and earn a spot in next year’s Champions League. Inter are at the head of a three-team race for two spots at the moment. They are sitting on 47 points, while AC Milan is right behind with 45 points, and Roma is breathing down both of their necks with 44 points. At least one of those three teams will be left out of the 2019-20 Champions League, and Inter are looking to make sure it won’t b...

  • BookMaker.eu It looks like Cagliari will be safe once again. The Sardinians have been a mid-table Serie A team for much of the last two decades, and the goal has been to just survive. They have finished no higher than ninth in the Serie A table over the last 15 years, but for the small island club, that’s success. Cagliari are currently in 14th place in Italy’s top division, and they have a six point cushion on 18th place Bologna. They would love to extend that lead against Sampdoria on...

  • BookMaker.eu Tiny SPAL are looking to remain in Serie A for as long as possible. SPAL have declared bankruptcy twice in the last 14 years, and that has led to the club being plunged into the depths of Italian soccer multiple times in the intermittent years. They won promotion back into Serie A for the first time in nearly five decades three years ago, and they have made this promotion stick to this point. SPAL are in good shape to stay up again, and the club is out to grab more points against Fiorentina this...

  • BookMaker.eu Juventus are set to make history. The Italian giants are on the verge of winning their eighth straight Serie A title, and they have yet to lose a match this season. They are nine points ahead of Napoli, and the Neapolitans are the one team left that can catch them. Inter Milan are the next closest team and Inter are a full 20 points behind Juventus coming into this weekend’s games. Sassuolo know it will be very difficult to win a point from this match....

  • BookMaker.eu Frosinone’s time in Serie A may be short lived. The small club in central Italy made an incredible run to make it to Serie A for the first time in its history at the end of last season, but the Canaries are currently 19th in the table. They are just 2-7-12 and with only 13 points through 21 matches, Frosinone are favored to be relegated at the end of the season. The club is out to avoid that fate, and Frosinone are hoping to pull off a big upset this week when they face regional rival...

  • BookMaker.eu Rinse and repeat. That’s the Juventus motto when it comes to Italian football. Juventus have dominated Serie A like no other team before over the last decade. They have won a record seven titles in a row, and they are heavy favorites to make it eight straight. One game before the halfway point of the season, they are 16-2-0 and nine points up on Napoli for first place in Italy’s top league. Juventus are out to finish the first round robin against Italy’s best unscathed, and they are heavy favori...

  • BookMaker.eu It seems as if three of the Italian Champions League spots are already decided. Juventus, Napoli, and Inter Milan have put distance between themselves and the rest of Serie A, and it would be a surprise to see any of those three miss out. That would leave just one Champions League position available for the rest of Italy, and the competition for that spot is fierce. AC Milan are currently in the driver’s seat for the spot with 27 points, but there are seven teams within five points of them. Fior...

  • BookMaker.eu This season is a lost cause for Chievo Verona. Through 15 matches, Chievo have yet to record a victory and they are a virtual lock to be relegated. They were docked three points at the beginning of the season because of poor accounting, and that leaves them with just three points to their name after an 0-6-9 start. Chievo are decent underdogs coming into their match with SPAL this weekend, and if they are to make an incredible run to salvage their season it needs to start here....

  • BookMaker.eu Juventus have distanced themselves from the pack, and they are now heavy favorites to win a record eighth straight Serie A title. Italy’s top team throughout the decade is now eight points up on second-place Napoli, and Juventus have secured a win in 13 of their 14 league games this season. Inter Milan know that they have a tall task in front of them if they are to upset Juventus in Turin, but they have the talent to do it....

  • BookMaker.eu Two of Serie A’s historic blue bloods will take the pitch on Sunday in a clash that means far more to the hosts than it does to the visitors. We have already started to see some separation in the Serie A standings this season. Juventus is running away with the league (again), and Napoli and Inter Milan are clearly in the second tier. Those two teams look set to finish second and third in some order, while everyone else contends for the last Champions League spot. AS Roma are currently in seventh...

  • BookMaker.eu Both AC Milan and Lazio are in the fight for one of Italy’s four Champions League spots that might as well be two considering the success of Juventus and Napoli. Each team just missed out last year, qualifying for the Europa League instead, with Lazio losing a tiebreaker to Inter Milan for fourth and AC Milan finishing in sixth place. That could lead to a lively, open game when these teams meet in Rome’s old Olympic stadium this Sunday....

  • BookMaker.eu The past few seasons have not been the best for a club with the history of Inter Milan. Inter Milan have been unable to break through in Serie A due to Juventus’ dominance, and they have largely floundered in the Champions League since their Finals win over Bayern Munich in 2010. Through the first month of the season, it looked like it would be more of the same for Inter, but the team has come on strong in recent weeks and they are in a great position in both Serie A and the Champions League. The goal now is to keep from stumbling during a tough road trip to take on Atalanta. ...

  • BookMaker.eu The only two teams that have yet to register a draw in Serie A play will meet in the early game on Sunday. SPAL have had one of the most head spinning runs we have seen in recent history over the past 15 years. The club had to declare bankruptcy and reform in 2005 and they were forced to do so again in 2012. The second bankruptcy forced them all the way down to Serie D where they won a quick series of promotions to return to Italy’s top flight. ...

  • BookMaker.eu AC Milan are in a bad spot. The historic club finished in sixth place in Serie A and missed out on the Champions League last year, and they are in even more danger through the first quarter of this campaign. Milan are sitting in 12th place in the league with 12 points, and while they are in little danger of being relegated, they need to find results quickly to return to European action. Sampdoria are one of the teams in front of them, and a win for Milan against the club on Sunday would bolster their chances and hurt a team in front of them. ...
