My three-team parlay last week blew up in my face pretty quickly. The Columbus Crew were fortunate to settle for a draw against New York City FC after Juan Camilo Hernandez Suarez picked up a red card for the home side in the 68th minute. Sean Zawadzki had to score in the fourth minute of extra time for the Crew to pick up a point, but at least they fared better than Minnesota United.I pegged the Loons to pick up a win at home against Austin FC, but instead they put together one of their worst p... 

Usually, I stick to two sides for my MLS Parlay of the Week, but I’m feeling so good about this week’s slate that I am going big with a three-team parlay that pays off at nearly 8-1. I am once again riding with nothing but home teams as I simply don’t trust road teams in the MLS given the travel most teams have to endure. My favorite plays are Minnesota United and the Los Angeles Galaxy, but I like... 

We are just past the halfway point of the 2023 MLS season. Fans are on pins and needles as Lionel Messi will make his debut on July 21, and Inter Miami tickets are selling for well over $1,000. The club will be the toast of the league whenever Messi is on the roster, but they might not even make the postseason at this point. Inter Miami is currently the worst team in the Eastern Conference with 15 ... 

My first MLS Parlay of the Week didn’t pan out as Minnesota United FC was unable to pick up a victory at home against Toronto FC last weekend. Although the Loons outshot the Reds 20-10, they were somewhat fortunate to walk away with a result as Kervin Arriaga needed to level in the 89th minute for a draw. FC Cincinnati needed a late goal to win too, but their back line took care of business against...

NYCFC were seen as a snakebit franchise after continually failing to get past the quarterfinals in the MLS Cup Playoffs, but they are finally at the precipice of their first piece of hardware. Atlanta United’s run of dominance over Orlando City SC has come to an end. The Five Stripes were 7-2-0 against the Lions prior to last Saturday’s 3-1 home loss, but the worst season in the club’s short history continues to reach new lows. Meanwhile, Orlando City are putting together their best season since joining the MLS in 2015. As of Thursday morning, the Seattle Sounders are scheduled to host Los Angeles FC in the Emerald City on Sunday. However, there may or may not be a match as the Sounders cancelled their game Wednesday night with the Los Angeles Galaxy and LAFC cancelled their match with Real Salt Lake as a result of the Jacob Blake shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
