NFL Betting – Week 5 Money Line Parlay Picks

Week 5 of the NFL regular season offers plenty of quality matchups giving bettors a chance to line their pockets. An easy way of doing that is hitting a multi-team money line parlay, which you can find at BookMaker.eu. When going this route, and giving yourself a better chance of a maximum return, one or more underdogs need to hit. We’ll take a look at several money line matchups and ones you need to select. Parlay betting definitely falls into the risk/reward category since all wagers have to win in order for the ticket to cash. However, for the bettors with the right picks, you can turn this into a very profitable endeavor.

Money Line Parlay Favorites

Giving you a better chance of a winning ticket it’s always good to go with teams that have a better chance of winning. In a multi-team money line parlay card stick with a few clubs that will give you a base to work off. There are no sure things in sports, just ask Minnesota Vikings backers about that. But you can hedge your bet by throwing down on a few favorites on your money line parlay.

One favorite we’re backing is the Los Angeles Rams for their Week 5 contest with Seattle. The tide has definitely shifted in the NFC West and the Rams are not only the current kings of the division, but they are also the Super Bowl favorite. There could be some complacency among the Rams since they have been dominant all season with an average victory margin of 18.2 points and no game closer than a touchdown. The Rams went for over 550 yards and Jared Goff threw five touchdown passes as the NFL’s second highest scoring offense dismantled the Vikings last Thursday.

The Seahawks got a win last weekend, but there are plenty of issues with the team from the Pacific Northwest. Seattle will be without its leader in the secondary following the loss of Earl Thomas to a broken leg. Thomas gave his bench the one-finger salute while he was being carted off the field after his injury in Arizona. And L.A.’s last visit to CenturyLink Field resulted in a 42-7 beatdown last December, showing how wide the gap has gotten between the two.

Following their win over the previously unbeaten Dolphins last week, the New England Patriots have returned to betting form. The Pats are big favorites to beat the Colts on Thursday night and should be a part of any money line parlay card. The Pats will get Julian Edelman back from his suspension giving Tom Brady that added security blanket in the passing game. After a sluggish start last year it was about this time the Pats took off and cruised through the regular season.

Don’t expect the Colts to put up much resistance. They do have Andrew Luck, but the Colts are coming off an overtime loss to the Texans and have to travel on a short week. That doesn’t bode well for Indy’s chance of an upset.

Another team on your money line parlay card should be the Carolina Panthers, who get the woeful New York Giants at home in Week 5. The G-Men have yet to figure things out and they look like a rudderless ship. Eli Manning hasn’t grasped Pat Shurmur’s offense, the offensive line remains a mess and their playmakers haven’t been able to make plays.

The Panthers, on the other hand, are coming off their bye and they should be well rested to take down an inferior opponent. Carolina has won and covered its last three games following a bye and with Cam Newton and Christian McCaffrey leading the way, the Panthers should be able to run all over New York’s 29th ranked rush defense.

Underdog Winners

Picking all favorites on a money line parlay card isn’t going to net a huge return so we need to go with a few underdogs to make it worthwhile. Atlanta has to be the unluckiest team in the NFL after losing to the Bengals on a last second Andy Dalton touchdown pass. That came a week after their overtime loss to the Saints where the Falcons never possessed the football. The good news for Atlanta fans is that the offense is looking as good as ever and the Steelers haven’t been able to cover a wall if they were paint. It’s a tough chore, but at +160 on the money line, coupling the Falcons with a few of the favorites helps the payout.
