  • BookMaker.eu The first LIV tournament following the announcement of a historic merger between professional golf leagues takes place in Spain with LIV Golf Valderrama. This is a homecoming of sorts for Sergio Garcia, who has played the host course Real Club Valderrama more than anyone in the field and has had plenty of success with several wins. That puts Sergio up the odds board as he tries f...

  • BookMaker.eu Following an extended break that saw plenty happen, LIV Golf Valderrama kick starts the second half of the season with the first trip to continental Europe at the Real Club Valderrama in Spain. The biggest news of course is the proposed merger of professional golf leagues, which doesn’t immediately impact the field and likely won’t until further details emerge. That news shouldn’...

  • BookMaker.eu After another strong showing by the LIV Golf contingent at a major championship, the League resumes play just outside our nation’s capital in Virginia this week for LIV Golf D.C.. With a win at the PGA Championship, Brooks Koepka emerged as the betting favorite in the outright market while also seeking to become the first three-time LIV winner. Bryson DeChambeau has elevated his game recently ...

  • BookMaker.eu Fresh off his triumph at the PGA Championship, Brooks Koepka hit the board as the betting favorite for LIV Golf D.C., the seventh of 14 events on the season schedule. After going the first eight individual tournaments since the League started last year without a two-time winner, we’ve witnessed a player capture his second title three times in the last four tournaments. One of those times was w...

  • BookMaker.eu The sixth of 14 tournaments this year has LIV in Oklahoma this week for LIV Golf Tulsa, contested at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow. Returning to the states after a pair of events overseas, the field will attempt to slow down scorching hot Talor Gooch, who became the first to win consecutive tournaments while joining Brooks Koepka as the only two-time LIV winners. The pair rest a...

  • BookMaker.eu After two tournaments abroad, both of which were won by Talor Gooch, LIV returns stateside for the sixth of 14 events with LIV Golf Tulsa taking place at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, OK. Earlier this season Brooks Koepka became the first two-time winner with Gooch joining him as the first player to win back-to-back tournaments. We’ve also seen a change at the top of the odds b...

  • BookMaker.eu Playing consecutive weeks for the first time this season and looking to build off the success of the visit to Adelaide, LIV Golf heads to Southeast Asia for LIV Golf Singapore. In front of enthusiastic sellout crowds at The Grange last week, Talor Gooch built a 10-shot lead after two rounds and although things got mildly interesting, he became the fourth titlist in as many events...

  • BookMaker.eu A rarity for players has them working in back-to-back weeks with the field assembling at prestigious Sentosa Golf Club for LIV Golf Singapore, the fifth of 14 scheduled tournaments this year. The upstart league makes its first trek to the island country in Southeast Asia after a hugely successful debut last week in Australia. Playing in front of raucous sellout crowds, Talor Gooc...

  • BookMaker.eu Spanning the globe in its brief history, LIV Golf makes it first trip down under with a full field of 48 players teeing off for the LIV Golf Adelaide event in South Australia. All 18 golfers who competed in the Masters are set to peg it up with Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickelson and Patrick Reed looking to build off their top-4 finishes at Augusta. Koepka faltered in the final round blowi...

  • BookMaker.eu Brooks Koepka has seemingly regained his form winning in Orlando a few weeks ago to become the first two-time winner on the LIV circuit. He also had a strong showing at the Masters earning runner-up honors along with Phil Mickelson, who also had a breakout tournament after a slow start to his season. Those two and the 16 others who teed off in Augusta earlier this month will compete in L...

  • BookMaker.eu With nearly 40 percent of the field scheduled to tee off in the Masters next week, LIV Golf Orlando is a final tuneup for guys like Dustin Johnson, Joaquin Niemann and Cameron Smith, who also happen to be the top three on the outright betting board again this week. One thing is certain about the second-year league and that’s its unpredictability. We’ve seen nine different individual titlists in as many events and some big time underdogs have prevailed, like Danny Lee last time out in Tucson. Going off around 65/1, Lee emerged in a four-man playoff for his first professional victory since 2015. Much like last week when the field attacked a course rarely used for pro tournaments, Orange County National just outside Orlando was last used on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 with Mito Periera earning a top 20. Visit BookMaker.eu for a complete updated list of matchup betting odds when you’re ready to place a wager. ...

  • BookMaker.eu Another LIV Golf League tournament and another different individual titlist as Danny Lee became the ninth different player to win last time out in Tucson. Still in search of a two-time winner the field pegs it up this week at Orange County National in Florida at the LIV Golf Orlando in the third of 14 scheduled stops this season. The order seems to change with every event but once agai...

  • BookMaker.eu LIV Golf is back in action this week with the field of 48 gathering at The Gallery Golf Club for LIV Golf Tucson, the second of 14 scheduled events this year. The usual suspects are atop the outright odds board with Cameron Smith and Dustin Johnson holding down the top spots. While those two consistently appear at the top, we’ve seen eight different individual champions since LIV Golf de...

  • BookMaker.eu One reason why LIV Golf hasn’t entered the mainstream consciousness of the American betting public is that they just don’t play often enough. Their counterparts on the PGA side play a tournament every week with LIV teeing it up once a month. Well, for this week at least LIV Golf will be on the front burner with the second tournament of the season taking place in the Arizona desert with the L...

  • BookMaker.eu The second season of LIV Golf brings a rebranding, new players and an expanded schedule. It all gets underway this week in Mexico at El Camaleon Golf Course at Mayakoba. One thing that hasn’t changed is the resident at the top of the odds board. Though an injury prevented Dustin Johnson from competing in the Saudi International earlier this month, DJ is back as the co-favorite...

  • BookMaker.eu It’s back. Much to the dismay of the PGA Tour, LIV Golf returns for an expanded second season starting this week south of the border. Can we still use that phrase since there really is no southern border? Anyway, after jetting all over the place in its eight-tournament inaugural season, LIV Golf has expanded to 14 scheduled 54-hole no cut events and rebranded as the LIV Golf League. El Camaleon Golf Course at Mayakoba in Mexico hosts the opener with all the usual suspects competing for vast sums of money. A few more players made the move to LIV with Thomas Pieters, Brendan Steele, Danny Lee and Deam Burmester among them. The most impactful player from last season is back opening as the co-betting favorite. Dustin Johnson raked in a boatload of money and sits with Joaquin Niemann at the top of the odds board. Making things a little more interesting from a betting standpoint are odds for team results. The 48-player field is divided into 12 teams of four players. Visit BookMaker.eu for a complete list of betting odds when you’re ready to place a wager. ...

  • BookMaker.eu The unique season-ending LIV Golf Miami Team Championship comes with a lot of questions from fans, bettors and players themselves. The biggest question is: how does it work? Well, there is no individual component for the entire three-day event with only team members taking on the Trump National Doral course. This is the basic setup for the event that has 12 teams of four players battling for a $50 million purse. The team aspect was used during the season to determine final standings with the top four teams getting a bye into Day 2. That means Nos. 5-12 battle on Oct. 28 in the opening of the three-day competition. Higher seeded teams pick their opponent and the squads compete in head-to-head match play to determine a winner. Two singles matches and a foursomes match take place within each match. There are no ties so each match will play until someone wins. The four teams earning two points move on to the semifinal round. ...

  • BookMaker.eu The second of back-to-back stops concludes with the LIV Golf Invitational Jeddah this week in a return to the Saudi-backed series roots. The final individual competition of the brief season takes place at one of the breathtaking courses in Saudi Arabia, Royal Greens Golf & Country Club. Host to the Saudi International for the past four years, more than half the f...

  • BookMaker.eu I don’t think Dustin Johnson is having second thoughts about making the switch to LIV Golf. On Sunday he became the 2022 individual champion securing another bundle of cash in the process to go along with his signing bonus and earnings from competing. And just like in a number of tournaments this season DJ is positioned at the top of the odds board for this week’s LIV Go...

  • BookMaker.eu With the four-tournament swing through the U.S. complete, LIV Golf Invitational Thailand begins the first set of events in consecutive weeks. The three-day event starts Oct. 7 from the exclusive new Stonehill Golf Club in Bangkok featuring a 48-man field, no cut and a shotgun start. More than halfway through the first season, the Saudi-backed league has had a good ...

  • BookMaker.eu After four tournaments in the States it’s off to Bangkok for this week’s LIV Golf Invitational Thailand. While controversy continues to swirl regarding the Saudi-backed enterprise the golf has been spectacular with the 48-player field ready to put on another show from Oct. 7-9 at the brand new Stonehill Golf Club. The guys favored to win did that the last two event...

  • BookMaker.eu While a number of PGA Tour members are off stealing money from the DP World Tour in Italy this week, the LIV Golf Invitational Chicago will take place at Rich Harvest Farms from Sept. 16-18 with another $4 million awaiting the winner. We see the usual suspects at the top of the odds board with Cameron Smith and Dustin Johnson opening as co-betting favorites. The ou...

  • BookMaker.eu We’re already at the fifth tournament heading down the back slope with LIV Golf Invitational Chicago next on the list. The new Saudi-backed outfit has taken some hits in the media and players have been scolded by other pro leagues, but the play is what’s noteworthy. Coming off the most exciting tournament in its brief history a few weeks ago with Dustin Johnson win...

  • BookMaker.eu Everybody loves an underdog and several of them hit the links this weekend at the LIV Golf Invitational Boston. It’s always easy to look at the top of the odds board and back a favorite since they are expected to perform well. But the real payday comes when a player further down the odds list that you backed triumphs. There is little chance Jediah Morgan rallies to c...

  • BookMaker.eu The new Saudi-backed golf league added several more big names to the roster making the 48-man field for this week’s LIV Golf Invitational Boston the strongest yet. World No. 2 Cameron Smith is the biggest of the bunch and was instantly installed as the betting favorite for the 54-hole tournament at The International Golf Club just outside Boston. Smith is the only pl...
