Sorry Cowboys futures backers, but Dallas won’t be winning their fifth tournament this time around! Tuesday’s matchups include Chiefs/Dolphins +7, 44.5, Titans/Buccaneers PK, 38.5, Rams/Falcons +2.5, 39.5 and Saints/Giants +7.5, 43.5. Round 1 action continues through Thursday with eight more matchups all locked and loaded. Futures odds for the event are currently on the board as well with New Orleans now installed the +527 favorite now that the Boys are out of the picture. Other attractive rates on return include the Ravens +553, Chargers +907, Packers +10008, Patriots +1211, Seahawks +1415 and 49ers +1415. Denver +4000 just took down the mighty Cowboys, so you might want to entertain the thought of throwing some beer money on Drew Lock and company to see if they can make a run. You might be better off taking a Bic to that money though with Lamar Jackson and the Ravens up next!

A whole new crop of Best-of-3 series began on Monday with the Yankees/Braves, A’s/Phillies, Mets/Cubs, Twins/Cardinals, and Dodgers/Angels squaring off. Those series will conclude on Wednesday with the “Battle of Los Angeles” closing things out under the lights of the Big A. Their conclusion will pave the way for a new set of series that will go through Sunday night. The matchups include the Braves/Red Sox, Reds/Indians, Twins/Nationals, A’s/Cardinals, and Dodgers/Cubs. Game 1 starting matchups include Soroka/Sale -140, 7.5, Bauer/Bieber -132, 7.5, Berrios/Scherzer -180, 7.5, Manaea/Flaherty -135, 7.5 and Kershaw/Hendricks +148, 7.5 under the lights of Wrigley Field.

The Buffalo Sabres and Montreal Canadiens get it all started with the latter installed -145 home chalk and the O/U set at 7.5.
