Buffalo Bills +385

The Bills saw their odds of winning it all jump from +295 to +385 this past week due to dropping an overtime decision to the Minnesota Vikings. The loss was the team’s second straight and first in front of the BillsMafia. While the elbow injury to Josh Allen is concerning, he looked no worse for the wear throwing the ball 43 times and doing so effectively in completing 29 passes for 330 yards and a score. I don’t think he would’ve been out there if the team wasn’t certain their $258 million dollar man wasn’t putting himself in harm’s way.

This team is going to the playoffs and is likely to be healthier than it is now when they get there. Now is the time to buy if your portfolio is void of Buffalo futures at the present time.

Philadelphia Eagles +510

The Eagles just got served up a huge helping of humble pie after the Washington Commanders went into the Linc and rammed the ball down their throats to get out of dodge with the surprising 32-21 outright win and cover as double-digit road dogs. Because of it, Nick Sirianni saw his troops’ odds of winning it all fatten up to +510 from +444.

This is the largest rate of return Jalen Hurts and Co. have offered up since Week 7 when it’s odds fell to 5-1 for the first time. Of the Eagles eight remaining games, only half will be played against teams currently sporting +.500 records. They’re still the No. 1 seed in the NFC by way of owning the tiebreaker over the Vikings. Should it snag the top seed and bye into the Division Round, you’re going to want shares of this squad in your portfolio.

Los Angeles Chargers +3886

The Chargers odds of being the last team standing are nearly 4x higher than they initially opened the regular season at after falling to 5-4 last Sunday night against San Francisco. Like a number of teams around the league, injuries have wreaked havoc upon LA’s roster. So much so that NFL bettors haven’t seen Keenan Allen since Week 1. Mike Williams has missed the last two games, while Joey Bosa has been absent since Week 4. Making matters even worse was a pair of season-ending injuries just sustained by a couple defensive linemen against the 49ers.

Even so, Justin Herbert looks to finally be recovered from the rib injury suffered against the Chiefs back in Week 2. If Brandon Staley’s squad manages to come up with a win on Sunday night, it’s right back in the AFC West title hunt and with it a trip to the playoffs becomes more of a reality. Their odds will take a mighty tumble if they hold serve on SNF like the betting market expects.

Seattle Seahawks +4500

I get that the Seahawks showing in Munich was one to forget after dropping a 21-16 decision to Tampa Bay, but I’m firmly of the belief Geno Smith and his mates have staying power and won’t be falling off the map anytime soon. I also think the online sportsbook remains bullish on this team considering they weren’t penalized as much for dropping the game to the Bucs on the futures odds. Their current 45-1 return on investment is still less than the +5300 return the team offered up heading into Week 9!

Pete Carroll’s squad gets the Raiders, @Rams, and Panthers before squaring off against the 49ers on Thursday Night Football in the game that will likely decide the NFC West’s winner. This team isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, and is one you should already be invested in be it to win the division, conference, or Super Bowl. And yes, I’m typing that with a straight face!
