After losing their last two games by a combined 103-points, the Jayhawks are still in search of their first win of the season. Texas has taken advantage of a weak Kansas team over the years. They shut them out last year and have beaten both them and the spread in five of the last seven meetings....
Wow, Week 9 in the Big Ten is in the books. Time flies as we head down the stretch in conference play. The conference has five teams ranked in the top 25. Ohio State, Michigan State and Iowa are all ranked in the top 10 and all remained undefeated last week. Iowa beat Maryland 31-15 and both the Buckeyes and Spartans were idle.Elsewhere, Penn State shutout Illinois, Wisconsin whipped Rutgers, 48-10, Purdue upset Nebraska and in a wild game, Michigan scored late in the fourth quarter to avoid an upset and prevailed over Minnesota, 29-26....
Ranked at the bottom of the Top-25, Texas A&M has had the better season, but back-to-back losses to Alabama and Ole Miss have taken their toll. The Aggies, however, rebounded with a win over South Carolina their last time out while Auburn has dropped two straight and four of six....

The matchup between Georgia and Florida could be called the unofficial SEC East championship game because the winner will have the inside track to capturing the division title. The Gators lost on the road to an unbeaten LSU team by a slim margin, proving they are the team to beat in the East. In their first game without Nick Chubb, the Bulldogs failed to score a touchdown. They did beat Missouri, though, and are just a game behind Florida in the standings....
