Week 7 College Football Odds – College Football Saturday Parlay Picks!

Week 7 College Football Odds

Week seven college football offers the potential for a multitude of upsets. In fact, this could be a week where gamblers really want to consider underdogs first. The board has some big favorites that could prove to be overlays against quality opponents. With that in mind we have an attractive list of two underdog parlays. Our home dog parlay has some potentially very dangerous pups with sharp bite. And our Unwanted and Unloved Parlay consists of teams that we will fade the public with while doing so in a most opportune manner. Let’s take a look at our two parlays.

Home Dog Parlay

South Carolina +2.5 vs. Texas A&M

The Texas A&M Aggies are coming off an intense 20-14 overtime home win over what was an undefeated Kentucky team. Meanwhile the South Carolina Gamecocks are already coming off a 37-35 home dog comeback win over Missouri. Texas A&M has failed to cover four of their last seven as road dogs and the Cock Pit could provide a deadly letdown spot.

Iowa State +6 vs. West Virginia

If there is a more dangerous home dog than the Iowa State Cyclones its hard to imagine. In fact, the Cyclones have lost just two of their last 12 against the line in that role. And Iowa State is in top form after an upset win at Oklahoma State last week. Meanwhile the West Virginia Mountaineers are coming off an unimpressive and sluggish overlay home win over Kansas.

LSU +7 vs. Georgia

Few dogs are as dangerous as the LSU Tigers at home as evidenced by their mark of just one loss in their last seven games in that situation. The Georgia Bulldogs have covered just one of their last three games and have had lethargic intensity in the process. In fact the Bulldogs appear to be reading their own headlines.

To review our home dog parlay consists of South Carolina, Iowa State, and LSU.

The Unwanted and Unloved Parlay

Rutgers +24 at Maryland

Can it get any worse than the Rutgers Scarlet Knights? Not likely, which is why they are worth taking as big dogs at the Maryland Terrapins. As bad as Rutgers has been they have gotten the money in two of their last three as dogs of 20 or more points. The Scarlet Knights have also covered three of their last five against the Terrapins

North Carolina +5.5 vs. Virginia Tech

It has been a terrible start for the North Carolina Tar Heels at 1-3 straight up with just one payout but getting points at home against the Virginia Tech Hokies looks quite opportune. Tech is coming off a very deflating home loss to Notre Dame and was humiliated as a road favorite earlier this year at Old Dominion. Carolina has covered two in a row as home dogs while the Hokies have lost six of their last eight vs. the line as road chalks.

Nebraska +3 at Northwestern

The dream of Scott Frost returning home to save the Nebraska Cornhuskers has turned into a nightmare. The Big Red is 0-5 straight up and 1-4 against the spread. Further, the Northwestern Wildcats are coming off a great upset win at Michigan State. But the Wildcats have failed to cover their last two games as home chalks. Nobody on earth wants Nebraska. Which is why to take them as they are slowly playing better despite the losses.

Tennessee +15.5 at Auburn

The Tennessee Volunteers are similar to Nebraska in that they are a former blue blood power looking to get back in that status but just starting a rebuild. The Auburn Tigers were terrible in an ugly loss at Mississippi State last week and have covered the spread in just one of their last eight as double-digit home chalks. Keep in mind Tennessee already got the money at powerful Georgia earlier this year.

To review our Unwanted and Unloved Parlay consists of Rutgers, North Carolina, Nebraska, and Tennessee.
