Let’s look at college football Week 5 Parlay Picks.
Line Move Parlay
Bowling Green -9, Kent State -11, Pittsburgh -23

For the line move parlay this week we’ll go with three big favorites. We’ll take Bowling Green -9 at Akron. There is not much to like about the Zips, even though they did cover last week. This line opened with Bowling Green -6 and the line is up to -9. We’ll lay the points with Bowling Green for the first team in the parlay. Kent State is the second team on the parlay. They opened up as a 7.5-point favorite against Ohio and that line is up to -11. We’ll lay the 11 points with Kent State. The last team on the parlay is Pittsburgh -23 vs. Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets are a terrible team and the Panthers should roll. We’ll lay the points with Pittsburgh as the final team in the parlay.
Letdown Parlay
UTSA -4 at Middle Tennessee, Texas State +22.5 at James Madison, Air Force -14 vs. Navy

This parlay has been close to hitting every week and one team always lets us down. This parlay makes sense, as we are going against a team that is coming off a surprising win the previous week. Hopefully we’ll get the third team to come through and hit this parlay this week. Middle Tennessee is coming off a big win against Miami last week. This week they are home against a UTSA team that can score. We’ll take UTSA -4 as our first part of the parlay. James Madison is coming off a very emotional win against Appalachian State last week and now they come home to play Texas State. We’ll take Texas State +22.5 as the second team in the parlay. Navy is coming off a shocking win last week as a big dog against East Carolina. This week they travel to Air Force. We’ll take the Falcons -14 at home against Navy.
Against the Rankings Parlay
Baylor -2.5 vs. Oklahoma State, Mississippi State -3.5 vs. Texas A&M
Payout: $100 to win $257
This parlay will involve teams that are unranked who are favored against ranked teams or teams ranked lower who are favored against higher ranked teams. In this case we are trusting that the oddsmakers know more than the people who rank the teams in these polls. Oklahoma State is ranked No. 9, while Baylor is ranked No. 17, yet the Bears are favored. This has all the looks of a low scoring game that could end up being decided by three points. We’ll go with the oddsmakers and take the Bears as the first part of the parlay and lay the small number. Mississippi State is unranked and yet they are favored against A&M who is ranked. This could be another low scoring game. The Bulldogs have an offense that should be able to move the ball in this game, but they also play tough defense. This could be another low scoring contest. This could be another game that is a one score game. We’ll take the Bulldogs and lay the small number as the final part of the parlay.
