Nebraska has busted a lot of bankrolls of those betting the come this year but made a statement last week in a 54-7 win at Maryland that they needed to stay in bowl contention. Now the Cornhuskers bust beat the Iowa Hawkeyes on Black Friday ensure a post season bid. Meanwhile on Saturday the Oklahoma State Cowboys will try and end their jinx against the Oklahoma Sooners in Bedlam. The Minnesota Golden Gophers will try to make history and keep Paul Bunyan’s axe against the Wisconsin Badgers. Iowa Hawkeyes -5.5 at Nebraska Cornhuskers, Friday, 2:30 p.m. ET, BTN

Iowa opened as a 3-point chalk but was bet up to five. It has been a year of frustration for the Huskers but it can end on the best possible note with a win on Saturday. Iowa’s sluggish offense should leave the door open and the Hawkeyes have come away with the cash in just five out of their last 13 away games. Look for Nebraska quarterback Adrian Martinez to show why he was the first and most important recruit for head coach Scott Frost.

Oklahoma Sooners -13 at Oklahoma State Cowboys, Saturday, 8 p.m. ET, FOX

Boomer Sooner opened as a 14.5-point favorite but was bet down to 13. After a hot start Oklahoma has reverted back to the sloppy football that has kept them from playoff success. OU has covered just three of their last 12 away games while the Cowboys have paid in seven of their last 10 at Boone Pickens Stadium. Furthermore, the Pokes have lost just two games on the board this year while OU has paid in just one of their last seven outings.

Wisconsin Badgers -3 at Minnesota Golden Gophers, Saturday, 3:30 p.m. ET, ABC

Wisky opened as a 4-point chalks but was bet down to three. The winner of this game wins the Big Ten West Division and will go on to face the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Big Ten Championship Game next Saturday. Minnesota has lost just three games to the spread this year and has the quarterback edge with Tanner Morgan. Additionally, the Gophers boast the nation’s 10th ranked defense. Bucky Badger has been losing value with only one payout in its last five games. Goldy Gopher has covered eight of its last 12 home games while UW has flopped in five of its last eight vs. the spread away from home.

Texas A&M Aggies at LSU Tigers -15, Saturday 7 p.m. ET, ESPN

This line has been a steady 15-points with LSU favored. Last year the Bayou Bengals lost a 74-72 overtime marathon at Texas A&M and it hasn’t been forgotten. Tigers quarterback Joe Burrow is a Heisman Trophy favorite with plenty of good reason staring with a 41/6 TD/INT ratio, 4014 yards passing, and a 203.7 rating. Texas A&M lacks the dynamic offense to keep pace in this one.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish -14 vs. Stanford Cardinal, Saturday, 4 p.m. ET, FOX

The Fighting Irish have covered four of their last six trips to Stanford and will be facing a lackluster Cardinal team ranked 110th for scoring offense and 92nd for defense.
