The Braves cashed the under in Julio Teheran’s last outing, breaking a string of eight straight over plays with him on the bump. The over is 12-3 in games when Teheran starts....

ODDS ANALYSISThe Reds have a nice little run going, winning for the fifth time in seven games with Wednesday’s 5-2 win at Pittsburgh, up 3.59 units on the moneyline in that stretch. Cincy put some distance between themselves and Milwaukee at the bottom of the NL Central and the likelihood of them catching the top three is slim. The Reds are still a disaster on the road at 13-23 in the red 9.32 units. Starter Johnny Cueto had his start pushed back for more rest and takes on a Mets team that lost directions to home plate. The Reds won Cueto’s last three starts totaling 17 runs in those games....
ODDS ANALYSISThe Rangers are ecstatic to be hitting the road after dropping the first two games of a quick three-game homestand with AL West Division rival Oakland. ODDS ANALYSISThe White Sox feel they still have time to turn their season around and recent solid outings from their starting rotation gives them hope. However, the club continues to struggle producing runs and hasn’t been very good on the road.An improvement in those areas could have the Sox making some strides in the second half. Tuesday’s 6-2 win at Minnesota broke a seven-game road losing streak and their run total was the most since scoring nine times at Texas on June 3. The Sox, however, remain a bad road bet at 13-24 down 10.08 units on the moneyline....
ODDS ANALYSISThe White Sox won for the third time in four games and got their first victory in Minnesota in six tries this season with a 6-2 win on Tuesday. ODDS ANALYSISAn important road trip looms for the Dodgers, who have struggled away from Dodger Stadium all season. LA entered the week on top of the NL West, slightly ahead of the Giants. But if their road woes continue the Dodgers could find themselves on the outside looking in. Their 10-game journey started with a 4-2 loss to the Cubs with ace Clayton Kershaw on the bump, dropping LA’s road record to 12-19 putting them down 12.44 units on the moneyline. Overall the Dodgers are in the red 6.91 units despite their 39-32 record....
ODDS ANALYSISThe three-game series over the weekend in Philadelphia was an anomaly for the Cardinals, with the team’s cashing the over every time. Prior to that set the Cards played below the scoreline in eight consecutive games and 11 of 12 with the under at 42-25-2 for the season. The Cards took advantage of Philly’s woeful staff to score 22 times over the first two games of the series, but failed to get the sweep with Sunday’s 9-2 loss. Houston remains a solid play up 8.95 units overall on the moneyline and 3.78 units on the road. The over is 5-0 in the last five games started by Collin McHugh. Houston won four of the first seven games against LA this season with the teams splitting a four-game set in Anaheim in early May. The under is 5-1-1 in the season series....
A game which is lined right around a pick 'em should be on tap on ESPN2's Monday Night Baseball this week, as the Minnesota Twins (35-30 SU, +11.57 Units) play host to the Chicago White Sox (28-36 SU, -9.53 Units)....
The San Francisco Giants (35-32 SU, -0.55 Units) might not be in the best form at the moment, but they do head into this week's edition of Sunday Night Baseball knowing that they shut out the Los Angeles Dodgers (37-29 SU, -4.28 Units) for three straight games back in the middle of May....

ODDS ANALYSISThe most heated rivalry in baseball is renewed when the Giants and Dodgers hook up. San Francisco has had its way with the LA this season winning seven of the first nine games with the NL West’s top team. However six of those wins came at ATT Park where the Giants swept the Dodgers the last time the teams met blanking LA in all three games. It’s a perplexing stat considering the Giants are a game under .500 in their park. SF has been a much better road team up 6.8 units on the moneyline following Thursday’s 7-0 win at Seattle....
ODDS ANALYSISThe Orioles have put a nice little run together winning 11 of 14 games and that’s after they dropped Thursday’s game to the Phillies. Baltimore has climbed into the thick of the AL East race, which has four teams within 2.5 games of the top spot. The O’s have battled a bit on the road going just 10-18 away from Camden Yards following Thursday’s loss and were swept by the Jays in Toronto when the teams played there back in late April.
