Oregon State beat the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Friday and need one more win on Saturday in order to clinch a spot in the finals. The winner of this contest will face off with the Arkansas Razorbacks to decide the national champion. The Beavers have looked dominant of late and will be the favorites to come away with the victory in College World Series wagering.

Leadoff man Nick Madrigal also had three hits, knocking in two runs and scoring a pair as well. Eight of the nine batters in the lineup had at least one hit as balance has been a big key to Oregon State’s return to contention of late.
Mississippi State starter Jacob Billingsley was rocked, allowing six earned runs in only 1.1 innings of work. Every Mississippi State pitcher gave up at least one earned run as no one could figure out the Oregon State bats.
Oregon State’s win results in a winner-take-all matchup in this one, and each side is hoping nerves won’t get the best of it.
