The final day of the Premier League is this Sunday, and the one thing left to be determined is the most important prize. We know that Cardiff City, Fulham, and Huddersfield Town will be going down, and we know which teams will be going to both the Champions League and Europa League. However, we still have not crowned a league champion. The duel between Manchester City and Liverpool has lasted the entire season, and one point has separated the two teams for the last two months. Both sides have kept winning, setting up some drama on the final day of the campaign.

They must avoid an upset to have any hope of winning it all, and Wolves have been very good against Big Six clubs this season. Wolves sent Liverpool out of the FA Cup in the third round of the competition this year.

We might not see a lot of Chelsea’s regular starters in this match as the Blues don’t want to risk injury prior to a probable Europa League Final tilt in two weeks. With a road game in Valencia on Thursday, they are unlikely to field their typical starting eleven at Turf Moor on Sunday.
