I am never thrilled about laying almost 3-1, but how can you make a case for taking Mariano? He didn’t look good in his UFC debut and there is no reason to think he will win against Puelles. The concern with backing Puelles is that he is nothing special and is coming off a 16 month layoff because of injury, but Mariano has almost no ground game so once this fight goes to the mat it should be over. I’ll take Puelles and the fight to go under the total.
