But I’m going to show that my history, my background, the number of fights I’ve had, my contenders, these will come to show on that very night. In this sense, I’ll shock the world because people will change their opinion about this.”

This is an MMA fight. We’re going to begin in the standup; I’m going to check his skills there. All my opponents are good, for example Drew Dober, all these guys. If I’m going to stand with them, they can make me some trouble, but I just have to do where I’m good. Close the distance, hold him, and take him down. I’m going to do the same thing always, take them down, hold them, make them tired and finish him.”

UFC Picks
Is Oliveira really good enough to beat Makhachev? I don’t really think so, as I don’t see a path to victory for Oliveira. It would seem that he would have the edge on the ground but Makhachev is talking like he really wants to prove he is the best on the mat as well as standing and he just may be able to do that. I will lay the price and take Makhachev to get the win. I also think there is value in taking him to do exactly what he said and get a finish, so I’ll play that prop as well.
