UFC Picks

It is definitely a surprise that this fight is on the main card instead of the bout between Francis Ngannou and Jairzinho Rozenstruik. De Castro is unbeaten but relatively untested, while Hardy has been up and down in the UFC. I really don’t understand why Hardy is almost a 2-1 favorite. There is no question he has power, but he still doesn’t know how to fight. The value is definitely on de Castro in this fight, but the better choice may be to play the rounds. Hardy knows only one thing and that is to go fast and hard and hope for the best. Sometimes he gets in a big shot and wins, while other times he gets caught. I think taking this fight to go under the rounds total is the best bet. I’ll take de Castro to win by knockout and the rounds to go under the total.
