Bachelorette Season 15 Episode 3 Recap and Odds

Bachelorette Season 15

Season 15 of the Bachelorette finally saw Cam get kicked out in Episode 3 and it appears that Luke P. may not be the sure thing many people thought a couple of weeks ago. Hannah showed her “beast” side a bit in Episode 3 and that meant bad news for Cam and it threw some debate into the thought that Luke P. already had this year’s season wrapped up. Let’s recap Episode 3 of the Bachelorette and analyze the odds.

Episode 3 Recap

The guys had a weird group date in Episode 3, as they learned about pregnancy and childbirth. It seemed that Hannah simply wanted to make the men uncomfortable and for the most part, she succeeded. The guys had clothespins put on their nipples to simulate breastfeeding and they had to deal with a labor simulator where they got zapped.

The pregnancy date brought up some tough memories for Mike who talked to Hannah about how he and his ex-girlfriend lost a baby. Mike showed real remorse although it is unclear how that registered with Hannah. Cam decided he would interrupt and Mike decided to tell Cam right where to go. Mike also told the rest of the guys about Cam’s ridiculous actions. We would have had a true Mike vs. Cam rivalry brewing except that Cam didn’t make it to next week. The evening portion of the date did reveal that Hannah would like to move to Nashville and that just happens to be where Jed lives. The date rose ended up going to Mike.

Connor was supposed to get a one-on-one date with Hannah but Hannah ended up getting sick and spent some time in the hospital. Connor missed out on his sailing date with Hannah, but he did get to spend time in Hannah’s hotel suite and that seemed to make up for things.

Connor getting to comfort Hannah did not sit well with Luke who is agitated. It’s my job to care of her right now,” he said on the show, “I know she wants me over there.” Connor got a rose before leaving his abbreviated hotel room date with Hannah and Connor obviously made such a good impression that Hannah sent a driver to pick up Connor later. The bad news for Connor is that his second part of the date didn’t go nearly as well as the first, as the two danced awkwardly.

It should be noted that Tyler G, who got the one-on-one date last week with Hannah is off the show. We don’t know why he was kicked out, but Hannah reportedly had nothing to do with it.

Group date number two had Dylan, Peter, Garrett, Grant, Luke P., Luke S., Joey, and Devin piling into the bus and the photo shoot will have each guy paired with an animal. They will be posing with dogs, a llama, a pig, a rat, a miniature horse, and a snake. The date is to promote the new movie, “The Secret Life of Pets 2.” Demi is there to spy on the guys and watch what the guys do when Hannah is not around. It ends up being a bust, as the guys are on their best behavior.

The guys do get to take some pictures with Hannah and Luke P. doesn’t handle things well. He barges in and gets in the way of Joey and Hannah and Hannah said to the audience that “He is not guaranteed this. I have a lot of other relationships that are really great, too.”

Cocktail Party & Rose Ceremony

Luke P. got a rude awakening in this week’s cocktail party. Hannah took him aside and told him how things are. She told the audience that “It’s annoying when Luke P. tries to flaunt our connection in front of the guys.” Luke says to Hannah that he is not happy with the situation and that he regrets “letting other guys develop a stronger connection with you… I really don’t think these guys have what it takes to be your future husband.”

Hannah appears to be getting irritated with Luke saying, “I’ve been struggling a little bit because I just feel like you already think it’s like promised to you and that bothers me a lot. I feel like your confidence in this kind of makes me irritated, in a way.”

Whether Luke will get the message is the question, as he Luke told the audience that “I don’t feel like I’ve been acting that way. I don’t see her seeing me like that. It doesn’t make sense to me.”

It got even worse later when Luke P. interrupts Hannah and Devin. She tells him to come back later, but he doesn’t get the message and he interrupts her again with Dylan and again with Garrett. “I don’t want to do this right now,” she whispers to him, “I want to call my own shots.” Luke said to the guys, “Honestly, I can’t stand this process. I even had thoughts about leaving here tonight.” Hannah ended up giving the date rose to Peter.

Hannah set up a tailgate party for the next day and it saw Cam tell his story, although many of the guys thought it was a lie. Mike gave Hannah the lowdown about Cam and Hannah seemed to believe him and she ends up sending Cam home.
