MLB Tuesday, June 20 Parlay Picks

The MLB parlay picks have had the misfortune of late of hitting two out of three games. We had been either all or nothing, which is good for parlays, since we need to win all three games to win, but lately we have had some bad luck on the third game. Tuesday is a full slate of action and it is TBS getting the spotlight, as they have two games. The action begins with the Atlanta Braves at the Philadelphia Phillies at 6:40 p.m. Eastern and wraps up with the Freeway Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Angels at 10:07 p.m. Eastern. We’ll look at two sides and one total for the three-team parlay on Tuesday night. Let’s look at Tuesday, June 20 MLB parlay picks.

Royals-Tigers Over

The Kansas City Royals visit the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday night and there should be a lot of runs scored, as the pitching matchup has Daniel Lynch going for Kansas City, while Detroit sends Michael Lorenzen. Lynch has been awful for the Royals with an 0-3 record and an ERA of nearly six. Lorenzen is 2-4 with an ERA of just over four. He has been shelled in each of his last two starts giving up six runs in each game. There is no reason to think either Lynch or Lorenzen lasts long in this game, so I will go over the total with the Royals and Tigers as the first game in the parlay.

Cleveland Guardians

The A’s visit the Guardians on Tuesday night and it should be Luis Medina getting the start for Oakland, while Cleveland sends Aaron Civale. It doesn’t matter to me who the Guardians throw, as this is a play against Medina. He is 1-6 with a 7.55 ERA this season. He is simply an automatic go-against pitcher right now. Civale has been pretty good since coming off the injured list, as he is 2-2 with an ERA under three. He hasn’t yet gone more than 5.2 innings since his return, but this should be a good spot for him to go at least six innings and pick up a win. I’ll take the Guardians as the second game in the parlay.

Minnesota Twins

The Boston Red Sox visit the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday night and the probable pitching matchup has Kutter Crawford going for Boston, while Minnesota sends Bailey Ober. Crawford is getting a chance in the starting rotation but the results so far haven’t been very good. He has made three starts and they have gotten progressively worse. He gave up one run in the first start, three in the second and four last time out. He didn’t last more than four innings in any of them. Ober has been solid for Minnesota, as he comes into this game 4-3 record and a 2.65 ERA. He went six innings last time out against Milwaukee and allowed just two runs. The bullpens will definitely be involved in this one and that is another advantage Minnesota has. I’ll take the Twins as the last team in the parlay.
