For somebody who mostly wins by decision, Stamann is an aggressive striker with a high rate of work. Still, he’s been solid but unspectacular, winning by behind strong wrestling and good standup. As a pressure fighter, he relies on a mix of combinations and takedowns. He’s not dominant by any means, usually doing just enough to win on points. It’s no surprise that two of his four decision wins inside the octagon were split calls.
Font seems to be settling in right under the top contenders, but there are usually a few moments in every fight where it seems like he could break through.
