  • BookMaker.eu We have the matchup most expected with the Cleveland Indians taking on the New York Yankees in this best of five. The Yankees had a hard-fought battle in the Wild Card Game to get here, getting just a third of an inning from Luis Severino, but the strong bullpen and powerful lineup delivered. After serving as the heavy favorite against the Twins, the Yankees now enter this series as the underdogs against the World Series favorite....

  • BookMaker.eu The Washington Nationals lost their season finale and Gio Gonzalez got hit hard. That’s a bit concerning, but in the bigger picture: Bryce Harper swung the bat well and looks like his old self. That could be troublesome news for the Chicago Cubs. The Cubs were the team that threw him off with all the free passes a year ago, but they don’t have the luxury of doing that in this series with the support around him—particularly behind him—in the order. Washington seems to have everything lined up for a deep postseason run, but they have a difficult first round matchup and a history of postseason failures....

  • BookMaker.eu The Boston Red Sox may have won the AL East, but the team will still have to match up against a 100-win team in the Houston Astros. These two squads should be extremely familiar with each other after a four-game series over the weekend. Houston took three of four in that series and seem poised to replicate that come the start of the ALDS later this week. Houston is playing great ball and boasts the superior depth around the diamond....

The ballgame between the Houston Astros and Boston Red Sox will take place Sunday, October 1, 2017, at 7:10 p.m. ET at Fenway Park. The matchup will be televised regionally on AT&T SportsNet and NESN.Baring a surprising twist, the Houston Astros and Boston Red Sox will close out the regular season on Sunday and then prepare to face off again in the ALDS starting Thursday. This will be a fun matchup as both teams try to end the season with momentum, but also shy away from revealing too much to their likely ALDS series opponents....

  • BookMaker.eu It seems weird to conclude the season in interleague play, but with an odd number of teams in each league, it’s a necessity. It also allows the Arizona Diamondbacks to get an extra batter some at-bats leading into October. Meanwhile, for the Kansas City Royals, this is the finale series for a core group of players that ultimately led the Royals to two World Series appearances and one win. This series will be contested from Friday, September 29, 2017 through Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. ...

  • BookMaker.eu The Yankees are still trying to catch the Boston Red Sox while the Houston Astros are neck-and-neck with the Indians for the AL’s best record, but there’s a good chance this four-game set between the Sox and the Astros is a preview of the very same ALDS matchup we will get to see next week. If that is the case, both teams will do what they can to win final series of the regular season to build confidence, but neither will want to reveal their entire hand in preparation for October. This series will be contested from Thursday, September 28, 2017 through Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Fenway Park in Boston. Saturday’s showdown will be broadcast nationally on FOX....

  • BookMaker.eu The Cleveland Indians enter this series having won 29 of their last 31 games. The Minnesota Twins have played no part in that historic run to this point, the Tribe have still won 10 of 16 meetings in the season series. More telling than that, however, is the +34 run differential for the Indians in those 16 games. Cleveland will look to keep the good times rolling while Twins will try and lock down the AL Wild Card without having to rely on their final series against the Tigers....

  • BookMaker.eu The final chapter in the 2017 version of the storied rivalry, the St. Louis Cardinals will host the Chicago Cubs in a best of four series, hoping for much better results than the last time these two teams squared off. Last weekend, the Cubs swept the Cardinals, outscoring them 16-6. That was in Chicago, but the Cubs have dominated this season series regardless of venue, winning 11 of 15....

  • BookMaker.eu With a win on Thursday, the Cleveland Indians have swept the Los Angeles Angels and have now won 27 of their last 28 games. The Tribe are the first team to accomplish that feat since Providence Grays in 1884. They have a chance to match the Gray’s mark of 28-1 on Friday and top it throughout the weekend series against the Seattle Mariners. Cleveland is the hottest team in baseball right, but everyone must lose sometime. When will it end? This series will be contested from Friday, September 22, 2017 through Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Safeco Field in Seattle. For those outside of the local television markets, Friday night’s game will be shown on MLB Network....

  • BookMaker.eu This four-game showdown between the Chicago Cubs and the Milwaukee Brewers may be the best remaining series of the year, at least when it comes to playoff implications. The NL Central is one of two divisions still undecided. The Brewers have a huge uphill battle, but a sweep puts them in the top-spot and a series win closes the gap, keeping them statistically in the division race into the season’s final week. Of course, the Cubs could also—for all intents and purposes—close out the division this weekend. Even if that’s the case, the Brew Crew remain in play for the Wild Card....

  • BookMaker.eu A long, dismal campaign is winding down for the San Francisco Giants who are no doubt anxious to put what could still be a 100-loss season behind them. A year after they were a Wild Card team, the series will feature one Wild Card contender: the Colorado Rockies. These NL West rivals have seen their fortunes reversed this season with the Rockies finally getting back to October barring a bad final couple of weeks and the Giants more than ready to ride into the sunset and turn their attention to 2018 and beyond....

  • BookMaker.eu Perhaps a preview of the AL Wild Card game, the Minnesota Twins will head to the Bronx for a best-of-three against the New York Yankees. Both teams need to play well in the series so this could serve as a nice preview to the Wild Card game. It will also allow both teams to adequately scout the other in preparation for that one-and-done affair, assuming—of course—that the Twins make it. With October on the line, this series carries a lot of wait as the regular season winds down....

  • BookMaker.eu The rivalry continues in the mid-west. The Chicago Cubs have played better in the second half and have a three-game division lead, but they’ve been unable to close the door. Both the Brewers and the St. Louis Cardinals remain within striking distance of the division lead. A three-game series has the potential to put the Cards neck-and-neck atop the division with the Cubbies. Likewise, a sweep could be all she wrote for St. Louis in 2017. This series will be contested from Friday, September 15, 2017 through Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Friday's clash is being shown live on MLB Network while the game on Sunday can be seen live on TBS....

This is the only online wagering outlet that offers early MLB moneylines, runlines and totals. First pitch for the game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Washington Nationals is scheduled for Sunday, September 17, 2017, at8:08 p.m. ETat Nationals Park. The matchup will be broadcast live on ESPN....

  • BookMaker.eu The Baltimore Orioles salvaged the finale of a three-game series with the Blue Jays in Toronto on Wednesday night to snap a six-game losing streak, but the team is still two-games under-.500 and 4.5 back of the second AL Wild Card. The O’s will need a big weekend series against the New York Yankees in the Bronx. Baltimore has been terrible on the road all year and are 6-9 against the Yankees this year. It’s a huge up-hill battle of a series for Baltimore, but one they must win to stay in the Wild Card hunt....

  • BookMaker.eu The Houston Astros suffered their first losing month in August, but have started to turn the corner in September, going 6-4 in the team’s last 10 games. Of course, that was despite being swept in four games at the hands of the Athletics. The Astros will need to rebound in a hurry if they want to catch the Indians for best record in the AL. The Los Angeles Angels, on the other hand, will be a formidable opponent this week. In a best of three, the Angels have the better motivation. They’re still on the outside looking in to the AL Wild Card picture while the Astros all-but-have the AL West locked up....

  • BookMaker.eu After being interchangeable most of the year, the Arizona Diamondbacks have taken a sizeable lead over the Colorado Rockies for the top Wild Card spot. We may be getting four previews of the Wild Card game this week with the D-Backs hosting Colorado through Thursday in the final meeting between these two teams before—potentially—October....

  • BookMaker.eu It was a nice run for the Milwaukee Brewers who spent a good chunk of the year at the top of the division. With the Cardinals now passing them, their last shot to get back in the division picture is over the weekend against the NL Central leading Chicago Cubs. After months of waiting the Cubbies are playing more like expectations. It’s a longshot for the Brew Crew, but a series win is a must to keep divisional hopes alive....

The ballgame between the Baltimore Orioles and Cleveland Indians will take place Sunday, September 10, 2017, at8:08 p.m. ETat Progressive Field. The matchup can be seen live on ESPN....

  • BookMaker.eu The Kansas City Royals used a 13-2 shellacking of the Tigers to stay within two and a half games of the Wild Card in the AL. With the Royals in the hunt and the Minnesota Twins leading the back for the second Wild Card spot, this series is huge. While the Twins would remain in the hunt even after a sweep, a sweep—or even series loss—by the Royals could be the final nail in the coffin of K.C.’s season. This series will be contested from Thursday, September 7, 2017 through Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City....

  • BookMaker.eu Heading into the series against the Chicago White Sox, the Cleveland Indians had a 11-game winning streak. They expanded that streak to 12 games in the series opener in Chicago. Cleveland has gotten red hot and is on a roll, much like the team was at the end of last year. Can this team stay scorching hot and extend their winning streak, top the Houston Astros for best record in the AL and use the momentum throughout September and into October? Only time will tell....

  • BookMaker.eu The Los Angeles Dodgers have now lost eight of their last nine games, including dropping three of four against the Padres. L.A. has also now lost three straight series for the first time this season. This is the team’s only real losing streak. A return home should help get the Dodgers back on track, but they’ll be going up against the Arizona Diamondbacks in a best of three starting Monday. Arizona swept the Dodgers last week as part of their now 10-game winning streak....

  • BookMaker.eu The Boston Red Sox are holding on to the division lead in the AL East and with the New York Yankees slipping since the break, they look locked in for the division. Sunday represents the Yankees’ final chance against the BoSox in the regular season. It’s also a much more important win for the Bronx Bombers who are starting to see some teams catching up with the Twins, Angels and Orioles all closing the gap, sitting only a couple games back of that first Wild Card spot. You can bet on MLB odds at BookMaker.eu every day of the season....
