He scored a third knockdown in the sixth round and the fight was called. Inoue landed 107 punches in that fight, while Nery had just 62. The win was the 24th finish for Inoue in his 27 wins. The last time that Inoue went to a decision in one of his fights was in 2019 against Nonito Donaire.
