There's still a lot of work to go to ultimately make this a big time series, and Game 3 back at the Q almost feels like a must-win....

Games 1 and 2 of the NBA Finals were both easy under games through 48 minutes, but total players who have counted on lower scores are very unfortunate to only be 1-1.
With a dipping total and the law of averages bound to kick in eventually though, the Cleveland Cavaliers (66-32 SU, 48-50 ATS) and the Golden State Warriors (80-19 SU, 55-43 ATS) could easily see more points hit the board in Game 3....

The extra period wasn’t as exciting as the first four with the Warriors scoring the first 10 points while holding the Cavs scoreless for 4:52 to escape with a 108-100 win....

The scene that you'll remember most from Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals is LeBron James perched over at midcourt with his head buried in his hands after pulling off a thrilling victory in overtime when he put the team on his back and carried it to victory.... 

For all intents and purposes, the Western Conference Finals are over with. It really feels like it is only a matter of when, and not if, the Golden State Warriors (78-17 SU, 53-41-1 ATS) finish off the Houston Rockets (64-33 SU, 57-40 ATS). Game 4 is almost certainly the last time Rockets fans will see their team at home, and there are a lot of signs which suggest that their lasting memory won't be a pretty one.... 

The Houston Rockets (64-33 SU, 57-40 ATS) might have come back from down 3-1 against the Clippers to win their last series. But their chances of coming back from down 3-0 against the Golden State Warriors (78-17 SU, 53-41-1 ATS) are virtually nil heading into Monday's Game 4....

The top-seeded Golden State Warriors (11-2 SU, 6-7 ATS) can punch their ticket to the NBA Finals with a win over the Houston Rockets (8-7 SU, 9-6 ATS) Monday. You can watch the game live on ESPN.... 

Many are calling the Eastern Conference Finals over with after the Cleveland Cavaliers (63-31 SU, 46-48 ATS) won the first two games on the road against the Atlanta Hawks (68-28 SU, 55-39-2 ATS). There's no doubt that a 3-0 series lead for the Cavs would be far too much for Atlanta to overcome, making Game 3 an absolute must win for the guests.... 

Heading into Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the one thing that is clear is that the Cleveland Cavaliers (63-31 SU, 46-48 ATS) are going to the NBA Finals. It's just a matter of how long they decide they're going to screw around with the Atlanta Hawks (68-28 SU, 55-39-2 ATS) before putting them away....
