College Basketball Live Betting Odds – Sunday Best Bets!

College Basketball Live Betting Odds

The Marquette Golden Eagles have been one of the surprise teams in college basketball this year and have a great shot at adding to their profits against a Creighton Blue Jays team that has no defense. The Michigan Wolverines are projected as a two seed for the Big Dance but will face a Maryland Terrapins team that is among the most improved in the country. The Washington Huskies are one of the few accomplished teams in the pathetic Pac 12 Conference but could face a potential trap at the Stanford Cardinal. Let’s take a look at Sunday’s college basketball’s best bets.

Creighton Blue Jays vs. #10 Marquette Golden Eagles, 3 p.m. ET, FS1

Marquette has been one of the top money makers on the board this year with 18 payouts out of 27 games as the top team in the Big East Conference. Markus Howard is the best player at Marquette since the great Dwyane Wade led the Golden Eagles to the Final Four in 2004. Head coach Steve Wojciechowski will lead Marquette to the Big Dance for just the second time since 2013. As usual Creighton is one of the worst defensive teams in the country and has covered just four of their last 10 away games. In fact, Creighton ranks 257th in the country for points allowed and 282nd for field goal percentage permitted. Wojciechowski has rejuvenated a Marquette program that had grown stale. Howard is averaging 25.2 points per game and stands a good chance for more in this one. Marquette has covered the spread in their last two home games against Creighton.

#9 Michigan Wolverines vs. #17 Maryland Terrapins, 3:45 p.m. ET CBS

Despite their pubic notoriety Michigan has remained a profitable team with six payouts in their last nine games with seven of their last ten games going under the total. The Wolverines third ranked defense has been the key asset of the team but their offense has been dreadful at 248th in the land for scoring. Maryland has also been in good form with four covers in their last five games. The Terrapins are also a strong defensive team and highly valuable at home with seven payouts in their last ten home court matchups. Maryland head coach Mark Turgeon has made the Terrapins a semi competitive team that made the NCAA tournament for three consecutive seasons before missing out last season. Maryland is likely to get into the Big Dance this season. Forward Bruno Fernando has emerged as a key asset for the Terps with 14.2 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. Michigan’s lack of reliable offense does not bode well at what will be an intense atmosphere at College Park.

#25 Washington Huskies vs. Stanford Cardinal, 4p.m. ET, ESPN2

Washington is closing in on their first Big Dance bid since 2011 as head coach Mike Hopkins is making strong impact in just his second year on the job. Most important of all the Huskies have been a reliable bet with eight payouts in their last ten games and a road record of 6-3 vs. the odds. UW ranks 16th in the nation for scoring defense. Balanced against that is a terrible Stanford defense that ranks 222nd in the country. The Cardinal has covered just two of their last five games. Overall U-Dub las lost just 11 out of 28 games against the spread on the season. Washington has come away with the money in four of their last seven in this rivalry. Huskies guard Jaylen Nowell is a key asset with 16.2 points per game. While Stanford can be a difficult place to play Washington has clearly distinguished themselves this season.
