College Basketball Betting – Tuesday Best Bets

College Basketball Betting

The last week of regular season college basketball is underway and plenty remains to be decided before conference tournament time. The Tuesday slate has several intriguing matchups with nationally ranked teams looking to solidify their positioning and other clubs attempting to gain steam for a run at the Big Dance.

Some heavy-hitters look to get back in the win column after suffering losses over the weekend. Michigan State lost its grasp on the Big Ten lead by falling to Indiana. The Spartans have a date with hapless Nebraska, making them a potential best bet. Also, Kentucky looks to rebound against a decent Ole Miss squad after the Cats’ 19-point humbling to SEC co-leader Tennessee. Kansas is still in the running for a 15th straight Big 12 regular season title and needs to hold serve on the road against Oklahoma.

Here is a list of some influential games on the schedule. BookMaker.eu will have college basketball odds and live betting options for every game on the Tuesday schedule.

Tuesday Best Bets

Wake Forest at Duke

The Dookies will be a huge favorite in this game and the spread is likely to drive some people away, especially since Zion Williamson is still out of the lineup. But the Devils showed that they can play without the future No. 1 draft pick and they put a hurt on Miami over the weekend with a 30-point drubbing. “We were able to get some time to practice, and we did some things that were good for this team without Zion,” Coach K said after Duke’s latest victory.

The Devils are accustomed to playing against large spreads and they are forging a new identity without Williamson. And Wake Forest is not good. The Deacs failed to cover the 20.5-point spread in the first meeting with Duke on their floor. Even without Zion the Blue Devils are a formidable squad and they have something to prove, making them a best bet against the college basketball betting lines.

Purdue at Minnesota

Even playing in the tough Big Ten isn’t going to be enough to guarantee Minnesota a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The Gophers have a chance to pad their resume and improve on their 18-11 record when they host conference leader Purdue. They will come in with a little steam after knocking off Northwestern over the weekend, stopping a two-game slide and a stretch of six losses in seven games.

With a chance to win the regular season title outright, Purdue will be jacked to play this game. The Boilermakers have struggled a bit on the road and they failed to cover the 10.5-point spread in the first meeting. If Amir Coffey gets the slightest bit of help from his mates, I like the Gophers to prevail against the college basketball betting line. They may not win the game, but the points will be enough to make them the best bet.

Nevada at Air Force

The betting day ends with this Mountain West tilt. Nevada dropped in the rankings and in the conference standings with an upset loss at Utah State. The Wolf Pack also lost their composure. Despite the loss and the postgame antics of some players, Nevada remains the class of the MW and should regroup for this matchup.

The Pack easily handled AFA earlier this season and they are such a well-rounded team that another poor offensive showing is unlikely. They were also dampened with foul trouble against Utah State that took much of their aggressiveness away. Nevada is the top scoring and defending team in the MW and they should have no problem getting back to their winning ways against Air Force.
