U.S. Presidential Election 2024 Odds

U.S. Presidential Election 2024 - Winning Party

Democratic Party -108

Republican Party +103

Other Party +1500

The 2024 U.S. Presidential Election is going to be a fascinating one regardless of who runs for each party. Joe Biden is the current United States President but there are real doubts as to whether he will be able to run for re-election. Biden has trouble putting together complete sentences and standing up straight. There is no question he is in poor health and his mental capability is questioned on a regular basis. The problem for the Democrats is that they have no other viable candidate. Normally in politics, the winning party looks to the Vice President to run for President if the incumbent President doesn’t run again. The Democratic Party can’t do that because current Vice President Kamala Harris is simply unlikable. Not only is she unlikable, she is completely incompetent. She isn’t even liked by those in her own party. That puts the Democrats in a bind, because they don’t have anyone to run in place of Biden. Perhaps someone will come out of the woodwork that people can support but it could be that the Democrats simply try and push Biden over the finish line again in 2024.

On the Republican side, things are a bit more stable, but not by much. The presumed Republican nominee is expected to be former President Donald Trump. He is well ahead in all polls in terms of Republican candidates. The only question is whether his legal troubles, brought on by his opponents, will prevent him from running for President. If Trump is unable to run then it seems likely that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis would get the bid.
