LIV Golf returns for their third season with 12 regular season events taking place in eight different countries. The action tees off in February and wraps up in late August. The 2024 LIV schedule is confirmed except for the Individual Championship and Team Championship events. “LIV Golf is the truly global golf league that the sport and its fans deserve,” said LIV Golf Commissioner and CEO Greg Norman. “We’re thrilled to announce an exciting slate of events that reflects our commitment to bringing world-class players and premier competition to new and repeat markets every year. Launching a new league is a massive undertaking, and we’re full steam ahead building off our incredibly successful first full season in 2023. Our goal has always been to create a worldwide league that inspires progress and attracts new fans to the sport that we love. LIV Golf is stronger than ever, and next season will accomplish that goal and more.”
The LIV Golf 2024 season begins at El Camaleón Golf Course in Mayakoba, Mexico, site of last season’s opener. Also returning this season as locales are The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, Australia, Real Club Valderrama in Andalucía, Spain; the Serapong course at Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore, and The Old White course at The Greenbrier.
LIV Golf Betting Lines
New venues for 2024 include the Las Vegas Country Club, an event in Saudi Arabia, the Hong Kong Golf Club, the Golf Club of Houston, The Grove golf club in Nashville and the JCB Golf and Country Club in Staffordshire.
LIV Golf will be shown in the United States on Saturdays and Sundays on The CW, The CW App and LIV Golf Plus. Friday’s rounds will be shown on The CW App and LIV Golf Plus. LIV Golf tournaments are carried globally on LIV Golf Plus, the LIV Golf YouTube channel and other international broadcast partners.
LIV Format
Each of the tournaments will be a 54-hole event and will include 48 players with no cuts. All of the players will start at the same time, but they will start on a different hole. The event will also include a team format with the players divided into 12 groups of four players each. Each of those teams will have a captain who will draft his teammates. The team event is scored with the best two scores of the teams counting, while in the final round the best three scores of each team will count. The team with the lowest score after 54 holes will win.

The last place finisher in the event will still collect $120,000. There is $5 million going to the top three teams with first place paying $3 million, second place 1.5 million and a half million for third place. The season champion will take home $18 million dollars. Second place pays $8 million, while third place pays $4 million.
