LIV Golf Andalucia Betting Online
LIV Golf heads to a familiar spot for a third consecutive year for this week’s LIV Golf Andalucia at iconic Real Club Valderrama in southern Spain. It’s the 10th tournament on the 14-event season schedule. The three-day, 54-hole tournament starts on Friday, July 11 and continues to Sunday, July 13. A couple of Spaniards figure prominently ahead of the tournament. Jon Rahm opened as the outright betting favorite while Sergio Garcia aims to defend the title he won last year in a playoff with Anirban Lahiri. That was one of four wins for Garcia at Valderrama. Following his first LIV Golf victory a few weeks ago in Dallas, Patrick Reed has to be considered among the favorites. However, he’s further down the opening odds board behind notables like Bryson DeChambeau, Joaquin Niemann and Tyrrell Hatton.
Coming off visits to several first-time venues, LIV Golf is at Valderrama for a third straight year with many in the field familiar with the layout. Valderrama was a longtime stop on the European (now DP World) Tour and hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup. The field also gets a reprieve from some longer courses with Valderrama at less than 7,100 yards. Talor Gooch won the initial stop in 2023 with a tournament course record 12-under. Garcia earned his first LIV title at last year’s edition closing with a 66 to force a playoff, which he won on the second hole. Captained by Bryson DeChambeau, Crushers GC can match the LIV record of four straight team titles following wins in Korea, Virginia and Dallas. Crushers GC enters with a slim lead over Legion XIII and Captain Jon Rahm in the season-long team standings. Four-time winner Joaquin Niemann is the individual leader over DeChambeau and Rahm.
Catch all of the action at the LIV Golf Andalucia from Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13.
2025 LIV Golf Andalucia at a Glance
Course: Real Club Valderrama - Sotogrande, Cadiz, Spain
Par: 71
Lengths: 7,010 yards
Defending Champion: Sergio Garcia / Fireballs GC
Tournament Record: -12 (Talor Gooch, 2023)
After playing several lengthy courses, including 7,500-plus yard Maridoe in Dallas last time out, the field gets a tidy spin around Valderrama. A lack of distance doesn’t mean it’s going to be easier, though. Narrow, tree-lined fairways and penal rough put an emphasis on accuracy, so players will have to adjust. Recent struggles put Garcia further down the odds board, but there is some value backing the defending champ. The Spaniard has four professional wins at Valderrama, including last year’s LIV outing and says it’s “my favorite course in the world.”

It’s probably not a good idea to fade Rahm right now. Sure, he finished outside the top 10 in Dallas for the first time in his LIV career, but he was actually closer to first place than in any of his previous seven starts. With a cluster of players at the top of the leaderboard, Rahm finished three swings behind four players who tied for the 54-hole lead for a share of 11th. We’ve also seen Reed play in streaks and now with his first LIV title in the bank we could see ‘Captain America’ go on a run. It was a little out of character for Reed to win on a beefy course in Dallas since most of his success has come on smaller tracks like Valderrama. Reed placed among the top 5 in each of his two previous starts at Valderrama.

Gooch didn’t win before the run and he hasn’t won since. Last year Garcia carded a final round 66 making up seven strokes on second round leader Lahiri to force a playoff. Garcia won with a par on the second sudden death hole.
