The seventh edition of the Baycurrent Classic will be held at Yokohama Country Cub in Yokohama, Japan in early October. It should be noted that the event has had a sponsorship change, as it was previously known as the ZOZO Championship but Baycurrent, a Japanese consulting firm, took over as the title sponsor in 2025. The event features a prize purse of $8 million dollars, so you could see some big names in the field. A total of 78 players will be competing in this event. The Top 60 players from last season’s FedExCup standings get invites, along with the top eight players on the Japan Golf Tour money list. The winner of the BMW Japan Golf Tour Championship Mori Building Cup on the Japan Golf Tour gets an invite and there are nine sponsor exemptions. The 2025 event will include Xander Schauffele, Hideki Matsuyama, Collin Morikawa and Adam Scott, among others.

The tournament moved to Yokohama Country Club for the 2025 event. The club was established in 1958, and opened in 1960. It features two 18-hole courses, the East and West courses originally designed by the club's founder and first chairman, Takeo Aiyama. The West Course was remodeled by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw in 2016. The Baycurrent Classic will have players competing on a course that will see the field take on a composite of both layouts with 16 holes from the West Course and two holes from the East Course.

The Baycurrent Classic will feature a 78-man field with no cut. The tournament was launched in Narashino in 2019 when Tiger Woods won by three shots over Hideki Matsuyama. Patrick Cantlay was victorious in the 2020 edition at Sherwood Country Club in California, while Matsuyama won at home in Japan in 2021. Keegan Bradley won in Japan in 2022 and it was Collin Morikawa winning in Japan in 2023 and Nico Echavarria winning in 2024. This year’s field will include a number of top players from the PGA Tour and players from the Japan Golf Tour and sponsor exemptions. The tournament is a full FedExCup tournament, so the winner will earn 500 FedExCup points and the prize purse is $8 million dollars.

• Free Plays do not earn any BetPoints™
• Bets made using Free Plays do not count towards completing any rollovers. (Free Plays are always subject to a rollover of their own. You must complete the required rollover prior to making a withdrawal).
• The maximum payout for any Free Play is $5,000.
• Free Plays that are left unused for 180 days will be removed from your account.

Wager disputes (claims)

If you disagree with any aspect of a wager you’ve placed, you are welcome to log an official dispute (commonly known as a “claim”). Claims must be reported no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the settlement of the wager.

If following an initial review of the case there remains any doubt regarding the wager type, line, market, amount, or any other detail, the claim will be escalated to the BookMaker management team. All decisions made by them are final.

Wager Cash Out - How it works

With the Cash Out feature you can choose to eliminate a wager that's already been placed, and receive back either a portion, or your full stake amount.

Cash Out is selectively available on certain events, fixtures, and markets.

In order to see if a wager is eligible to be cashed out, simply navigate to your Bet Slip and check the 'My Open Bets' tab. If eligible, the Cash Out button will be displayed.

It’s also important to note that Cash Out is not contributing to any bonus or promotion including Bet Point accumulation and Rollover for releasing bonus cash.
