2025 U.S. Open PGA Online Betting
The U.S. Open is the third of golf’s four majors, taking place in mid-June. The tournament is held on different courses around the United States with the setup by the USGA normally being very difficult and that was the case last year with Bryson DeChambeau winning with a score of 6-under par. In 2017 it was Brooks Koepka winning with a score of 16-under par and in 2019 it was Gary Woodland shooting 13-under. Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau, Ludvig Aberg and Xander Schauffele are among this year’s betting favorites. The 2025 tournament will be the 125th U.S. Open and it will be held at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. It will be the 10th time Oakmont has hosted the U.S. Open, the most of any site in the country. Players should expect Oakmont to be difficult, as it has 175 bunkers on the course and USGA Chief Championships Officer John Bodenhamer said the rough will be five inches or taller for the start of the U.S. Open.
Catch all of the action at the U.S. Open from Thursday, June 12 through Sunday, June 15.

Scoring at the U.S. Open is almost always difficult as the USGA sets up the course to play extremely tough, but Wyndam Clark did shoot 10-under par in 2023 to win by a shot over Rory McIlroy. There have been four players to shoot lights out in the U.S. Open in the last two decades. Those players were Tiger Woods in 2000, Rory McIlroy in 2011, Brooks Koepka in 2017 and Gary Woodland in 2019. More often than not the winning scores are around 4-under par, which was the case in 2016 when Dustin Johnson won the title. Over par actually won the event in 2018 when Koepka shot +1.

It was thought that no one would challenge record set by McIlroy in 2011 but Koepka equaled the mark in 2017. McIlroy and Koepka did the unthinkable and shot 16-under par in a U.S. Open.
