2026 Texas Children’s Houston Open Betting Online
The PGA Tour heads to Texas in late March for the Texas Children’s Houston Open. The field for this event can sometimes feature top-ranked players, as last year it was World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and World No. 2 Rory McIlroy in the field. It was the first time McIlroy played the event since 2014, but it worked well for him as a prep, as he went on to win the Masters in April. The Texas Children’s Houston Open has been played at many golf courses in its history including the Golf Club of Houston before moving to the Memorial Park Golf Course in 2020. The tournament had been held the week before the Masters but that changed in 2019 when it moved to the fall. The event moved back to the spring in 2024 and now it is held two weeks before the Masters. It was thought that the event could be used as a Masters prep for many of the world’s top players and Scheffler and McIlroy used it to prep last year and may do so again this year. Texas Children’s Hospital is signed as the tournament’s sponsor until 2029. Min Woo Lee is the defending champion.
Catch all of the action at the Houston Open from Thursday, March 26 through Sunday, March 29.

In 2019, the Astros Golf Foundation committed to transforming Memorial Park Golf Course into a world-class venue for every Houstonian. That investment brought the PGA TOUR’s Houston Open back to Memorial Park for the first time since 1963, restoring the course’s place on the national stage. Today, Memorial Park is recognized as one of the premier municipal golf courses in the country, welcoming more than 60,000 golfers each year.
To ensure the redesign met the highest standards, the Astros Golf Foundation partnered with acclaimed golf course architect Tom Doak. He was joined by four-time major champion Brooks Koepka, who served as the PGA TOUR player consultant, and Don Mahaffey, president of Greenscape Methods, who oversaw construction. Together, they delivered a course that challenges professionals while remaining accessible and enjoyable for everyday players. One of the course’s most innovative features is its state-of-the-art storm-water irrigation system, engineered to capture and store 80 million gallons of storm water annually.

In recent years the list of winners in this tournament is not a marquee list because most of the top players skip this event, but Tony Finau did get the win in 2022. The names of Lee, Jaeger, Kokrak, Ortiz, Griffin, Poulter, Henley, Herman, Holmes, Jones, Points and Mahan are definitely not a who’s who list of golfers. The Houston Open was not always scheduled before the Masters, so there are some big names on the list, including Phil Mickelson, Adam Scott and Vijay Singh.

Singh holds the record at 22-under par, but that mark was nearly equaled in 2003, as Couples finished just a shot back. It is a little bit surprising that the mark by Singh has held up through the years, but it is not easy in most tournaments to shoot better than 20-under par.

In order to see if a wager is eligible to be cashed out, simply navigate to your Bet Slip and check the 'My Open Bets' tab. If eligible, the Cash Out button will be displayed.
It’s also important to note that Cash Out is not contributing to any bonus or promotion including Bet Point accumulation and Rollover for releasing bonus cash.
