2025 Charles Schwab Challenge PGA Online Betting
The Charles Schwab Challenge used to be called the Fort Worth Invitational and takes place at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas each year. The tournament is one of five invitational events on the PGA Tour schedule and the event has a rich history, as it goes back to 1946. The tournament is best known for its association with Ben Hogan, as he was a local resident and he won the event five times. The event has had a number of sponsors through the years including Crowne Plaza Hotels, but the current sponsor is now Charles Schwab. The event has an "invitational" status so there are about 30 fewer players than a normal PGA Tour event. The tournament follows the PGA Championship and is not one of the Signature Events so normally you wouldn’t expect many top players to be entered, but in 2025 it will be World No. 1 and recent PGA Championship winner Scottie Scheffler headlining the field. Oddsmakers don’t think Scheffler will have any letdown this week, as he is a huge favorite in golf betting odds. The only other player ranked in the top 10 in the latest world golf rankings in the field is Hideki Matsuyama and he is a very distant third choice in the betting odds behind Scheffler and Jordan Spieth. The 2025 event will take place from May 22 through May 25 and the field will include also include defending champion Davis Riley, Tommy Fleetwood, Lucas Glover, Andrew Novak, Webb Simpson, Sepp Straka, and Si Woo Kim, among others.
Catch all of the action at the Charles Schwab Challenge from Thursday, May 22 through Sunday, May 25.

Scoring at Colonial has been pretty good through the years with the only three winners not shooting at least 10-under par since 2000 being Emiliano Grillo in 2023, Sam Burns in 2022 and Adam Scott in 2014. Jordan Spieth blitzed the course for a 17-under par in 2016 but that was still four behind the all-time mark of 21-under set by Johnson in 2010. Marquee names dot the list of previous winners in this event including Burns, Rose, Spieth, Scott, Mickelson and Garcia.
