2025 MLB World Series Betting Online
There is an outstanding mix of megamarket power teams and well managed smaller market teams that will battle for the 2025 World Series championship. Of course, the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers epitomize the payroll discrepancy issues in Major League Baseball. Yet the record shows that there is far greater parity in Major League Baseball than in most other sports.
The Yankees, for all their money, have only one World Series title since 2000 (2009). The Yankees were the last repeat World Series winner (2000). In the past 12 years, nine different franchises hoisted the Commissioner’s Trophy.
With the combination of the luxury tax and the expansion of the wild card round, Major League Baseball has stumbled into a parity that it deserves credit for.
In the 2025 playoffs, the Milwaukee Brewers are the team that deserves the most credit for defying payroll gravity with the best management in the sport.
The Seattle Mariners are a new emerging power with superstar catcher Cal Raleigh. Seattle won the American League West, ending the Houston Astros' dynasty.
The Toronto Blue Jays get scant attention, but beat out the Yankees for the American League East title with one of the most prolific lineups in the game.
The Philadelphia Phillies made the 2022 World Series as an upstart. Now the Phillies are an established and respected power with a potent lineup.
The Yankees will take on the Boston Red Sox in the Wild Card round, renewing an ancient rivalry.
The 2025 MLB Playoffs are expected to be the most competitive run to the World Series in recent memory.

The New York Yankees have made the most appearances in the Fall Classic with 40; they won 27. Not surprisingly, the Bronx Bombers are the last team to repeat as World Series champions, with three consecutive crowns from 1998 through 2000.
The San Francisco Giants have made the most NL appearances with 20, but the NL team with the most Series wins is the St. Louis Cardinals with 11. The American League has won 68 of the 119 overall World Series played.
Of the original 16 franchises still around today, each has won at least two World Series titles. After the Washington Nationals won it all in 2019, the Seattle Mariners are the only franchise yet to appear in a World Series.
The San Diego Padres have made it to the Fall Classic twice but failed to bring home the Commissioner's Trophy each time.
The Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies, and Tampa Bay Rays failed to win it in their lone appearances.
The Houston Astros won their first World Series in their second appearance in 2017. And then the Astros lost their next two appearances in 2019 and 2021. But Houston showed resiliency in winning the 2022 Fall Classic for its second championship in franchise history.
The Texas Rangers won their first World Series title in 2023, taking out the Arizona Diamondbacks in five games.

Betting Rules & Policies
Free Play Rules
- Free plays cannot be used on proposition bets.
- Free Plays do not earn any BetPoints™
- Bets made using Free Plays do not count towards completing any rollovers. (Free Plays are always subject to a rollover of their own. You must complete the required rollover prior to making a withdrawal).
- The maximum payout for any Free Play is $5,000.
- Free Plays that are left unused for 180 days will be removed from your account.
ROLLOVER
- Did you know that on all deposits made at BookMaker, there is a rollover requirement: an amount of betting action you must fulfill before you are eligible to make a withdrawal.
- Did you know that rollovers are calculated by multiplying the amount initially credited to your account a certain number of times? Yes! If you deposit without claiming any bonus, the rollover will always be 1x (one-time) your deposit amount. If you do claim a deposit bonus, the rollover will be higher and is based on the deposit plus bonus amount.
Wager disputes (claims)
If you disagree with any aspect of a wager you’ve placed, you are welcome to log an official dispute (commonly known as a “claim”). Claims must be reported no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the settlement of the wager.
If following an initial review of the case there remains any doubt regarding the wager type, line, market, amount, or any other detail, the claim will be escalated to the BookMaker management team. All decisions made by them are final.
Wager Cash Out - How it works
With the Cash Out feature you can choose to eliminate a wager that's already been placed, and receive back either a portion, or your full stake amount.
Cash Out is selectively available on certain events, fixtures, and markets.
In order to see if a wager is eligible to be cashed out, simply navigate to your Bet Slip and check the 'My Open Bets' tab. If eligible, the Cash Out button will be displayed.
It’s also important to note that Cash Out is not contributing to any bonus or promotion including Bet Point accumulation and Rollover for releasing bonus cash.
