This event had been held at Mayakoba but the PGA Tour ended their relationship with Mayakoba in January of 2023. The event has been moved to El Cardonal in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The course is a par 72 that measures 7,452 yards. It opened in 2014 and was designed by Tiger Woods and TGR Design. The 2025 event will feature 132 players competing for 500 FedExCup points. This event has featured a few of the world’s top players through the years, as the prize pool is $6 million dollars. Some of the big names in the 2025 World Wide Technology Championship include Ben Griffin, J.J. Spaun, Tony Finau and defending champion Austin Eckroat.

This event goes back to 2007 when it was held in the month of February. The tournament was moved to November and December and now is part of the FedExCup Fall Schedule. Matt Kuchar broke the tournament record when he won this event in 2018, shooting 22-under par, but that mark was bested in 2021 by Viktor Hovland and equaled by Russell Henley in 2022 and then it was Erik van Rooyen topping everyone by shooting 27-under par in 2023. The tournament is given four additional sponsor exemptions for players of Spanish or Mexican heritage from Mexico, Spain, Latin America or South America. This event made history when it became the first PGA Tour event to be held outside of the U.S. or Canada. The tournament boasts a prize pool of $6 million dollars and features 132 players in the field.

Funk won this event with a 14-under par in 2007 but nine of the last 12 winners have shot 20-under par or better. There have been a few marquee names to win this event including Viktor Hovland twice, in 2020 and 2021, Russell Henley in 2022, Matt Kuchar in 2018, Charley Hoffman in 2014 and Graeme McDowell in 2015. This event has been very competitive through the years with only three of the previous 18 tournaments decided by more than two shots.

Wager disputes (claims)

If you disagree with any aspect of a wager you’ve placed, you are welcome to log an official dispute (commonly known as a “claim”). Claims must be reported no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the settlement of the wager.

If following an initial review of the case there remains any doubt regarding the wager type, line, market, amount, or any other detail, the claim will be escalated to the BookMaker management team. All decisions made by them are final.

With the Cash Out feature you can choose to eliminate a wager that's already been placed, and receive back either a portion, or your full stake amount.
