Lightweights

Anthony Crolla

Ismael Barroso

WBA lightweight world champion Anthony Crolla - 30-4-3, 12 KOs - will make a mandatory title defense against #1 WBA challenger Ismael Barroso - 19-0-2, 18 KOs. This is an intriguing fight, especially since Barroso came out of nowhere to demolish Kevin Mitchell to win the interim belt. Now, we find out if this KO artist is for real against a world champion in Crolla. There are plenty of experts that already feel like Crolla’s title reign is coming to an end against the ultra-violent challenger.

Heavyweights

Dereck Chisora

Kubrat Pulev

Two heavyweight contenders, Dereck Chisora - 25-5, 17 KOs - and Kubrat Pulev - 22-1, 12 KOs - will meet in a title eliminator. Both men have the distinction of being knocked out by a Klitschko brother, but that’s nothing to be ashamed of. At 6’4”, 250 pounds, Pulev is a mountain of man of who has won two fights since losing to Klitschko -- albeit against low-level competition. A win over Chisora would be the biggest of his career.

A native of England, Chisora is riding a five-fight winning streak since getting knocked out by Tyson Fury in their 2014 rematch. As we all know, Fury later went on to beat Wladimir Klitschko this past November to win the undisputed heavyweight title.

Super Bantamweights

Moises Flores

Paulus Ambunda

The 29-year old Flores - 24-0, 17 KOs - will put his interim belt and undefeated record on the line against veteran Paulus Ambunda - 24-1, 10 KOs - who will be fighting in his home city in Namibia. Ambunda enjoyed a brief stint as a bantamweight champion before losing his title to Tomoki Kameda in August 2013. He’s since won four straight, but it’s doubtful he has much of a chance against a talent like Flores.
