MLB Network also has the game between the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox, while ESPN+ has the Cincinnati Reds at the Houston Astros. We have had totals cost us of late, so we are going to stay away from them for the time being. We’ll avoid totals on Friday and look at three sides for our three-team MLB parlay. Miami Marlins
The Miami Marlins visit the Washington Nationals on Friday night and it should be Sandy Alcantara going for the Marlins, while the Nationals go with Trevor Williams. I have been waiting for Alcantara to turn things around and perhaps he turned the corner last time out against the White Sox when he went seven innings and allowed just one run. Williams should get the ball on Friday for Washington, but it really doesn’t matter to me who the Nationals throw, as this is a play on Alcantara and the Marlins. Washington has not played well at home this season and I expect the Marlins to get the road win. I’ll take Miami as the first team in the parlay.
Los Angeles Angels
The Los Angeles Angels visit the Kansas City Royals on Friday and it should be Patrick Sandoval going for the Angels, while Brady Singer goes for the Royals. The Angels have been playing well and are showing they are going to be a serious threat to make the playoffs this season. On the other side, the Royals are a complete dumpster fire with limited talent at the Major League level and not much help coming from the Minor Leagues. I am backing the Angels in this game no matter the pitching matchup, as no one on the Royals staff scares me. Sandoval has not pitched that well for Los Angeles this season, but he should have success against a bad Kansas City team. I’ll take the Angels as the second team in the parlay.
Minnesota Twins
The Detroit Tigers visit the Minnesota Twins on Friday night and it should be Joe Ryan getting the ball for the Twins. He is 7-3 on the season with a 2.90 ERA. He has been very good at home with a 4-1 record and an ERA of just over two. As of this writing the Tigers were undecided on their starter for Friday. It doesn’t really matter to me who the Tigers throw, as this is a play on Ryan and the Twins. Detroit has not played well on the road this season, so this is a good spot for Minnesota. The Twins have been much better at home this season than on the road. I’ll take the Twins as the last team in the parlay.
