Premier League Odds Report

The final day of the Premier League is this Sunday, and the one thing left to be determined is the most important prize. We know that Cardiff City, Fulham, and Huddersfield Town will be going down, and we know which teams will be going to both the Champions League and Europa League. However, we still have not crowned a league champion. The duel between Manchester City and Liverpool has lasted the entire season, and one point has separated the two teams for the last two months. Both sides have kept winning, setting up some drama on the final day of the campaign.

Tottenham Hotspur -108
Everton FC +296
Draw +262
Over/Under 2.5 and 3

We haven’t seen a lot of impressive performances from Tottenham Hotspur in league play over the last month or so, but they managed to virtually clinch a spot in the Champions League next year after the other clubs competing for a spot in the top four kept losing. Spurs will be without a number of stars for their season finale though as Son Heung-min and Juan Foyth were red carded last week, while Harry Kane, Davinson Sanchez, and Harry Winks are dealing with injuries.

Southampton FC -255
Huddersfield Town +680
Draw +392
Over/Under 2.5 and 3

It’s been a dreadful year for Huddersfield Town, but at least the Terriers were able to go out on a high note. They have just 15 points headed into their season finale, yet they stunned Manchester United at home by playing them to a 1-1 draw last weekend.

Manchester United -382
Cardiff City +901
Draw +542
Over/Under 3.5

Both these teams had disappointing seasons with Manchester United heading to the Europa League next year after a string of poor results, and Cardiff City headed to Championship after failing to catch Brighton and Hove Albion. The Bluebirds secured a number of wins this campaign, but they had just four draws to their credit (third fewest in the league).

Liverpool FC -293
Wolverhampton Wanderers +771
Draw +423
Over/Under 3

It’s incredible to imagine that Liverpool could finish with 97 points and end up as the runner-up in the league. The Reds only lost one match all season, but they dropped enough points with a number of draws from January to March to fall behind Manchester City. They must avoid an upset to have any hope of winning it all, and Wolves have been very good against Big Six clubs this season. Wolves sent Liverpool out of the FA Cup in the third round of the competition this year.

Leicester City +176
Chelsea FC +149
Draw +249
Over/Under 2.5 and 3

We might not see a lot of Chelsea’s regular starters in this match as the Blues don’t want to risk injury prior to a probable Europa League Final tilt in two weeks. Making the Champions League was enormous for Chelsea due to their transfer ban this summer, and that may keep superstar Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge.

Fulham FC +154
Newcastle United +169
Draw +251
Over/Under 2.5 and 3

There could be some unexpected fireworks at Craven Cottage on the last day of the season. Fulham have allowed 77 goals on the season, and the Cottagers are likely to open things up at home to give their fans some thrills before their drop to Championship. Newcastle United have been much more eager to push forward in recent weeks too, so the over could be a shrewd play.

Crystal Palace -114
AFC Bournemouth +286
Draw +289
Over/Under 3

The Cherries may not want to risk any further injuries after seeing this year’s strong start derailed by a slew of major injuries. Bournemouth’s offensive woes were illustrated by their inability to score against nine-man Tottenham last weekend, while Palace have been surging with a 3-1-1 record in their last five.

Burnley FC +221
Arsenal FC +114
Draw +269
Over/Under 3

Technically, Arsenal are still in contention for a spot in the top four, but the Gunners would have to win their match against Burnley, see Tottenham lose to Everton, and make up eight goals to draw level in goal differential. That isn’t happening, and Arsenal’s only shot at getting back to the Champions League is by winning the Europa League. With a road game in Valencia on Thursday, they are unlikely to field their typical starting eleven at Turf Moor on Sunday.

Brighton & Hove Albion FC +1303
Manchester City -620
Draw +744
Over/Under 3.5

All Manchester City need to do now is beat Brighton in order to win the Premier League. City are just two games away from an unprecedented domestic treble, and they are unlikely to blow it against a Brighton team that just narrowly escaped relegation. However, the Seagulls did beat Manchester United at home earlier in the year, so there is at least a small chance.

Watford FC +127
West Ham United +223
Draw +233
Over/Under 3

The Hornets are still in contention for the FA Cup, and they will face Manchester City for the trophy next Saturday. Watford are unlikely to rest a lot of players with so much time between games, but they could rest a couple usual starters.
