2015-The-Bachelorette-Betting-Online

The Bachelorette was the original twist on The Bachelor, so it stands to reason that a twist would eventually need a twist itself. At least, in the minds of those behind the scenes of reality TV shows. Thus, this season saw two girls immediately squaring off to see who would actually be this season's titular hottie.

The show started with stalwart host Chris Harrison informing potential "Bachelorette" Brit that she is not the Bachelorette.

Much like his quasi-peers Ryan Seacrest, Carson Daly and even Jeff Probst he then proceeded to inform the actual "Bachelorette" that she won in that most predictable of ways: “Unfortunately, Kaitlyn,” he began, (elongated pause) “I had to send Britt home.”

Kaitlyn asked if Britt was okay, which is a sign that this kittens claws have been put away, and she is ready to be the center of all the attention.

Deservedly so.

Straight to a Rose Ceremony:

Chris told the room full of chest-thumping, ring-toting boys that their rose votes had been counted, and a new Bachelorette had been chosen. Kaitlyn walked in and the men leapt to their feet, cheering.

While Kaitlyn had met all of the men earlier in the evening, she had to share that time with Britt. Now she got to tear through them without any interference, plus bathe in all that attention.

Joshua - a welder - bestowed upon her a steel rose. Ian was equally thrilled it'd be Kaitlyn whose attention they would all be vying for, but forgot to bring her any presents.

Then there were those who had hoped it would be Britt. A guy named Jared made the brave choice to tell Kaitlyn that he put his rose in the box for Britt. Odd strategy, but maybe the candor will pay off. Brady, a singer-songwriter, didn’t know what to do with all his feelings for Britt.

During their first real interaction, Chris the dentist nabbed the first make-out of the season.

Kaitlyn had her eye on Shawn the personal trainer from the get-go. Despite the fact that she kissed Chris, she gave Shawn the First Impression Rose. Then they, roo, kissed.

The first name Kaitlyn called at her very first Rose Ceremony was Chris, the dentist. He was followed by Ben H. a software salesman from Denver, with JJ, a banker, also from Denver, rounding out the top three. Then came Joe, Kupah, Daniel the fashion designer, Ryan, Joshua, the welder, Tony the healer and … hold that thought.

Before she could get to the songwriter he stopped the ceremony, took her outside and told her that he is leaving. He prefers Britt. Maybe he thinks this will score him a record deal.

With Brady on his way out the door and the ceremony back under way, Clint accepted Kaitlyn’s rose, then Tanner, Corey (Cory?), an Ian, another Ben, a Justin and the final rose of the evening went to Jared, ostensibly because he was honest.

On shows like these that is not always the best policy. But it can be in those crucial first few episodes.
