2016-Dancing-With-The-Stars-Betting-Lines

Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold: 24/30 As Wanya toured with Boyz II Men this week, he and Lindsay finessed their routine across six different cities. He's coming in to his own as a dancer, with routines that are both captivating and fun. That said, his +925 odds have him firmly planted in longshot territory.

Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas: 24/30 Mark had to bow out on show night after slipping a disc during camera blocking. Alan Bersten, the 21-year-oldSo You Think You Can Dancealum, now in his third season as a DWTS Trouper, swooped in to fill in for Mark on just two hours’ notice. The new pair had chemistry as to spare Ballas looked on. At +369 on the BookMaker lederboard, Paige is someone to watch.

Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe: 21/30 The "Full/Fuller House" star suffered a mini-meltdown during rehearsals this week, but that didn't stop her dance from becoming one heck of a trending video the next morning. Jodie totally let loose during their samba, and not in a sloppy way at all. She looked fantastic out there, and Len even saw some steps he recognized. It was a banner dance for everyone. Her +376 odds don't make her the favorite at BookMaker ( although it makes her pretty darn close ), but she's the one to beat, in my opinion.

Ginger Zee and Valentin Chmerkovskiy: 21/30 An outstanding effort for Week 2. Despite a few foot faults, Ginger never let her mistakes show in her face, which can be key here. At +502 there's room for improvement, and...well, room in general.

Antonio Brown and Sharna Burgess: 20/30 The fast-talking NFL star copped to having never seenDirty Dancing and also to basically getting aroused during rehearsals. Such outrageousness aside, the beauty of their intertwined bodies against Sharna’s favorite rainy window-wall made for interesting viewing. This guy’s not going anywhere, and his +351 odds reflect just that.

Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd: 20/30 Len thought this rumba was way too hectic and intense, and Carrie Ann thought Peta should find a way to work on Nyle’s lack of connection to the musicality ( while, of course, remembering he’s deaf. +753 odds and the clock is ticking ).

Doug Flutie and Karina Smirnoff: 20/30 The NFL legend decided to go with one of those “drag my partner through a smoky ‘80s factory” openings. Said the infuriating Bruno: “Like watching Spartacus and the Dancing Gladiators!” Doug landed in the bottom three this week along with Mischa Barton and Geraldo, but Monday’s paso doble and his desire to improve could keep him around a few more weeks. Bottom of the barrel odds of +2688.

Marla Maples and Tony Dovolani: 20/30 “I think you flashed me!” Bruno shouted. "Titillating! Tantalizing! You cannot hold back, Marla!” They were the only couple to attempt the Argentine tango, so hopefully it’ll be enough to make them memorable for viewers. Dancing second out of 12 usually does not bode well. +4030 odds reflect a less-than-supportive fan base.

Von Miller and Witney Carson: 20/30 Both current NFL stars seem fairly checked out, but Von breezily paying Witney $100 for each minute he’s late takes the carefree cake. +768 odds are so-so right now, and can really go either way.

Kim Fields and Sasha Farber: 19/30 After a promising first week, Kim’s confidence dipped a bit, but it was nothing an impromptu FaceTime with her personal hero Gloria Estefan couldn’t fix. Infused by the power of the Conga, the Facts of Life star and Real Housewife of Atlanta was crawling around on the salsa stage like she owned the place. Her +1791 odds suggest there aren't many who think she can pull this off; I, however, think she can.

Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev: 15/30 Barton is impossible to watch. She's like a tortured older actress from the '40's, either gnashing on the scenery or her fingernails. A diva one minute, and utterly fragile the next, she wants to go home as much as I want her to. +875 odds, but if she survives next week she'll probably quit.

In the end it was Geraldo Rivera who got sent home, awful wig and shirt in tow. I'd have preferred it to be Barton ( which I believe I've mentioned ) but that day'll come soon enough.
