Big Brother 17 Season Odds to Win on CBS Wednesday; A Shocking Betrayal

2015-Big-Brother-Betting-Online

Big Brother 17 is getting down to the end. It has truly been anyone's game for a good long while now.

At one point early on in last week's two-fer, John talked to Austin and Liz about being out of the club. He offered to throw the PoV if they agreed to vote to keep him. He debated throwing the competition even during it, but when he saw that Steve was faring well, he couldn't have it. So he went ahead and won the PoV.

Austin was angry that John didn't throw it.

It was all quite telling really. Johnny Mac ultimately doesn’t make good on his plan to throw the veto to Austin and Liz, but his sheer determination to foil his entire game just for the sake of pissing off Vanessa and coming in third (instead of fifth) earned him kudos on message boards everywhere. It was a Tebow-esque Hail Mary that John knew won’t work — it doesn’t really benefit Austin and Liz at all, nor will it earn him any favor on the jury — but his nonetheless conscious decision to do so if need be was a reminder that...well...it really ain't over til it's over.

Later John wasn't sure if he wanted to vote Steve out or let Vanessa decide. He told her he might evict Steve, but Vanessa talked him into something else. Vanessa made a deal with John to guarantee Final 3 with her.

Liz voted to evict...Steve

John voted to evict...Austin

A tie! As HoH, Vanessa had to evict someone she has a Final 2 deal with.

Vanessa voted to evict...Austin.

Shocked, aren't you? He's been her ally since Day...OK, so 2.

In his exit interview, Austin told Julie that he understands Vanessa’s move as her best chance to get to the end, and he conceded that there’s no way she’s going to get the jury votes.

Meanwhile, while Austin vented, Vanessa went haywire in the house, crying hysterically.

The HoH Competition

After that epic and brutal blindside, it was time for Steve, John and Liz to compete for the Final 4 HoH. The winner's guaranteed a spot in the finale.

John and Steve were tied in the lead and moved onto a tie-breaker. Liz was out. In the end Steve emerged victorious.

Oh, and Frankie Grande, brother of belter Ariana, returned. Why? To bestow a Grande-themed prize upon the winner of the luxury egg winner, Liz, as well as another houseguest of her choosing. That prize was a trip outside the house to go see sis Ariana Grande in concert with Frankie and even meet her. Vanessa scored the golden ticket.

Liz seemed genuinely into it, while Vanessa looked like it might be her first concert. Ever.

And come time for putting two heads on the chopping block, she made a clear play for one alliance over the other. Steve and Johnny Mac were nominated, leaving Austin and Liz in a decent position so long as Vanessa’s target Johnny Mac stays nominated.
