Bantamweight championship

Lee Haskins -500

Ivan Morales +350

TV: Local broadcast

Haskins won the 118-pound interim belt with a sixth-round knockout of Ryosuke Iwasa this past June. He was later promoted to undisputed champion when full titleholder Randy Caballero failed to make weight in a scheduled matchup against Haskins. His first defense of the belt comes against an opponent with a family legacy in the sport.

Ivan Morales is the younger brother of future Hall of Famer Erik Morales, the former four-division world champion. At just 24, the junior Morales is 29-1 with 17 KOs, though he remains untested against elite level competition. A win over Haskins would be the biggest of his career.

Andrew Tabiti vs. Keith Tapia ODDS COMING SOON

TV: Showtime, 10 p.m. ET

Two unbeaten cruiserweight prospects face off in a 10-rounder that promises plenty of action. Andrew Tabiti - 12-0, 11 KOs - and Keith Tapia - 16-0, 11 KOs - are both hard-hitting sluggers who are both trying to make a name for themselves in one of the most entertaining divisions in the sport.

We’ve seen Tabiti on a few PBC undercards, notching wins on Shumenov-Flores and Fortuna-Velasquez. Tapia has also fought on some PBC cards, last picking up a decision win over Garrett Wilson. Keep an eye on the 26-year old Tabiti, who has explosive hand speed that you just can’t teach.

Dusty Hernandez-Harrison vs. Michael Dallas Jr. ODDS COMING SOON

TV: BET, 10 p.m. ET

Undefeated welterweight prospect Dusty Hernandez-Harrison - 29-0, 16 KOs - will head home to meet the toughest test of his career: Mike Dallas Jr - 21-3-1, 10 KOs. Hernandez-Harrison has been boxing his entire life, becoming an amateur at age 8 and taking his first pro bout at just 17 years old. The three-time Golden Gloves winner is said to be D.C.’s best prospect since Sugar Ray Leonard.

That’s a bold claim, and he’ll have to handily beat Dallas to keep that status. Dallas has won two straight since suffering a first-round knockout loss to Lucas Matthysse in an interim title bout in 2013. Considering that Matthysse is ranked fighter, how Hernandez-Harrison fares against Dallas will tell us a lot about the prospect.
