Gervonta Davis -3850 vs. Francisco Fonseca

Both fighters come into this bout unbeaten, as Davis is 18-0, while Fonseca is 19-0-1. Davis said in the media call that he expects to put on a great show in this co-main event. “I plan to put on a great show for everyone in attendance in Las Vegas and for those who purchase the PPV.”

Davis is considered Mayweather’s protégé and he has knocked out 17 of his 18 opponents. Davis is clearly the superior fighter, as the odds would indicate and should have no trouble stopping Fonseca. Anything other than a knockout win by Davis would be a major surprise.

Badou Jack -365 vs. Nathan Cleverly

Cleverly is defending his WBA light heavyweight title but he is not the favorite in this bout. Cleverly is 30-3 in his career, while Jack is 21-1-2. “This is a fight I have wanted ever since Badou Jack moved to light heavyweight and I'm delighted to fight in Vegas on an event like this,” Cleverly said to Sky Sports. “I've trained long and hard for this fight and I'm ready to be let off the leash. This is the biggest fight of my career so far and I'm going to do a number on Badou Jack on August 26.”

This will be the first title defense for Cleverly since he won the belt from Jurgen Braemer last October. Jack will be stepping up from super middleweight where he was the WBC champion. Cleverly hasn’t been that great in recent fights even though he is the current champion. His win over Brahmer wasn’t that impressive and he lost to Andrzej Fonfara. Jack is moving up in weight but he has much better wins on his resume than does Cleverly.

Jack should be able to get the win in a fight that may end up going to a decision.

Andrew Tabiti -260 vs. Steve Cunningham

Tabiti is 14-0 in his career, while Cunningham is 29-8-1. Tabiti is looking to challenge in the cruiserweight division and a win over the veteran Cunningham would be a good step. Cunningham is 1-2-1 in his last four fights but he is tough and experienced. Tabiti has won 12 of his 14 fights by knockout.

Tabiti should find a way to win what could be a close fight.

Yordenis Ugas -180 vs. Thomas Dulorme

Ugas is 19-3 in his career, while Dulorme is 24-2. Ugas is stepping in late to replace Shawn Porter who had a death in the family. Ugas is a former Olympic bronze medalist and has not lost since 2011. Oddsmakers definitely like his chances against Dulorme, as they have him as almost a 2-1 favorite.

Jose Miguel Borrego -215 vs. Juan Heraldez

It is a battle of unbeatens in this matchup, as Heraldez is 12-0, while Borrego is 12-0.

Kevin Newman vs. Mark Anthony Hernandez

Newman comes into this fight at 7-0-1, while Hernandez is 9-1.

Savannah Marshall vs. Amy Coleman

This will be the debut for both of these fighters. Marshall is the first woman from the UK to ever win an amateur boxing world championship.
