ODDS ANALYSIS

Bradley’s line has gone up nearly 30 points since we first reported the odds a few months ago. During that same time, Pacquiao has gone from -265 to -232. This indicates that most of the action has been on Bradley, although a surge of late betting could shift the lines again. The over has gone down about 30 points over the last month, which makes sense since neither man has finished a significant fight recently.

FIGHT ANALYSIS

This will be Pacquiao’s first fight since his loss to Mayweather, which he fought with torn rotator cuff. Although this partially explains why he looked so bad against Floyd, it doesn’t make us forget that the Filipino superstar has looked far past his brilliant prime. He’s still a superb boxer, but the speed and power have been greatly diminished.

On the other hand, Bradley looked sensational in his stoppage of Brandon Rios this past November. Of course, we have to take into consideration the wear and tear of the veteran Rios, but he’s still one of the better guys in the division. If he can carry that momentum into a win over Pacquiao, he’s back on a short list of world title contenders.

Given the fact that Pacquiao’s career has been trending downward and Bradley’s is on the ups, this fight is more compelling than a lot of fans seem to believe. Yes, Pacquiao handily won their second encounter and should’ve won their first, but they are much different fighters now.

PROP BETS

The boxing odds at BookMaker have a few prop bets up now, with more to be added in the coming days.

HOW WILL THEY WIN

Timothy Bradley, KO/TKO or DQ +601

Timothy Bradley by decision +374

Manny Pacquiao KO/TKO or DQ +399

Manny Pacquiao by decision -115

Any Draw +1997

Bradley by decision is an interesting underdog bet, paying out nearly twice as much as his money line. Considering that it’s the most likely outcome if the American wins, if you were going to bet Bradley it makes sense to bet on him to win by decision to snag a better payout.

ROUND BETTING

Timothy Bradley Round 12 +6500

Manny Pacquiao Round 12 +4000

Just a note, there are odds for every round for each fighter. If you’re feeling lucky, you can try and call exactly when the fight ends for a massive payout. It’s extremely tough play to win, but as shown above a $100 bet can payout thousands. Tempting, ain’t it?
